The Hotel's location is great, 5min walking to the entrance of Zhouzhuang ancient Watertown! Its a quiet and peaceful small town. The hotel is ok but the main annoying problem to English speakers are none of the staffs can speak English. I have to call travelchinaguide hotline to help me with check-in. I saw the signboard shown a sauna at a corner, but when I asked them about 'sauna' they don’t even know what was that means. It was written there for god knows how long but there is no initiative for them to learn. I walked to the Watertown by myself, helps from the signboards on the street. Suggest the management train a basic English to the staffs to attract more English speaking guests. I didn’t take breakfast there, so couldn’t comment anything. Overall, good for Chinese speakers.

I went to Zhouzhuang with my friends at 05-Apr, when we got to the hotel and found the hotel is empty at high season and very few clients do not mention foreigners, the room is dirty, small and very old. The worst thing is that they told us the breakfast was changed to simple suit breakfast with very little food because there were very few clients. Their attitude is very bad especially the lady from sales department called Ms Lu, she is one of worst hotel staff i hv even met, very bad attitude and not polite to clients.
