The room is new decorated so it is nice but have to improve the air conditional. Service is O.K. and the location is in the center which can take the taxi to other shopping areas within 10 RMB or can take the metro. It is convenient. As for services at the Zhuhai Special Economic zone hotel, english language speaking staff was a problem,internet service was very poor and the breakfast which was included in my booking needs upgrading.Apart from these little problems,every other service was ok. It is a very clean, moderately-priced hotel, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Not many English-speaking folks on staff, but they still did everything they could to communicate with me. Fortunately, my Chinese wife (Guangzhou native) was there, and she speaks enough English to help this foreigner. :) The Chinese restaurant on the second floor was very good, and the view of the city from my 14th-floor room was spectacular. There are some really nice shopping areas nearby, also. The hotel is neat, well furnished, house keeping is good under personal supervision of Ms Susan who is very helpfull and always available from morning till night. Location is EXCELLENT- next to metro station, Macdonalds, Beijing Lu which is the most popular night Bazar. Internet connection easily available.
