The latest news from China Central Meteorological Office says that from today to tonight, heavy rain or storms will hit eastern and southern parts of Sichuan, southeastern Tibet, northeastern Yunnan, Chongqing, northern Guizhou, western Hubei, southern Shaanxi, eastern parts of North China and the Yellow-Huaihe river region.
