Tibet Railway: Trains of Shanghai-Lhasa to Carry out New Train Schedules as of April 18th

According to the information from Qinghai-Tibet Railway Company, as of April 18th, trains of Tibet Railway will implement new train schedules. Among them, trains of Lhasa-Shanghai (T166/3) and Shanghai-Lhasa (164/5) will separately reach the destinations four hours and three hours earlier than the present time.

It is said that, the departure time of Lhasa-Shanghai train (T166/3) will be adjusted to 10:00 A.M. (original 8:32 A.M.). And will arrive at Golmud, Lanzhou, Nanjing, and Shanghai respectively at 23:31 P.M., 13:00+ P.M., 8:30++A.M. and 10:58 A.M. The whole trip will last 48 hours and 58 minutes which is four hours shorter than the present time.

And for the train of Shanghai-Lhasa (T164/5), the departure time will be 20:08 P.M. (original 16:11 P.M.). It will arrive at Lhasa at 21:00++ P.M with the whole trip three hours shorter than the present one.
