After having an aboundant lunch at your hotel, visit the Residence and Headquarters General Joseph W. Stilwell Chief Commander and transfer to the Chongqing Zoo to see lovely pandas.

I have found a very good hotel in Chongqing while I was vacationing there last month. It is Chongqing Gong Hui Hotel, though it is only two-star, but the service and facilities there can be compared with some 4-star hotels. The room is clean and each day you will be served with a buffet sumptuous breakfast for free. The location is near Shangqing Temple, booking center of air-tickets and bus station to airport. The surrounding transportation net is dense, you can easily take bus or taxi to downtown, Chaotianmen wharf or train station. In a word, it is ideal hotel for those backpackers who travel on budget.
