Sun Island Scenic Area, Harbin

After your arrival in Harbin, set out straight to look around the city by yourselves. The recommendable tourist sights cover the noted Summer Resort - Sun Island Scenic Area, Sun Bridge, the largest natural reserve to protect the Northeastern Tiger in the world - Tiger Park. A’ershan National Forest Park

On the third day, head for Aer Mountain in Great Khingan. It is about 452 kilometers from Manzhouli to Aer Mountain. The driving takes about 6 hours. Appreciate the most reputable Lama Temple – Ganzhuer Temple in the huge grassland.

You will go deep into the Aer Mountain National Geological Park after about an hour's driving. The admission fee is CNY180. Another CNY80 is needed for the electric car. Follow the sequence of Shitang Forest, Cuckoo Lake and the Heavenly Lake when you travel there. You can easily find the restaurant to have your lunch in the scenic area. Enjoy the drift when you are enroute to go back to Aershan city if you like. The cost is about CNY70.00.

It is another driving day today. There are about 370 kilometers from Aershan to Hailaer, which is compared to the pearl of the grassland. Visit the Huhenuoer Mongolian clan, made famous by the film Gadameilin is. You will be served with the local flavors, just like the dairy food, the wine and also you can take part in different activities. It is a good way to know about the folk customs and their life style.
