Beihai Park
The Beihai Park is seated in the center of Beijing City, beside the Forbidden City and Jingshan Park.This imperial park has a history of over a thousand years. More than half of the park is covered by water. In the north area of the park is a big pool called Taiye Pool connecting the other two pools with each other. This Pool is also known as Beihai (North Sea). There are many places of interests in the park like Bai Ta (White Dagoba), the Five-Dragon Pavilion, the Nine-Dragon Wall and so on. |
