The section from Jinshanling Great Wall to Simatai Great Wall is the best route for ascending the Great Wall. The great wall there is high and precipitous. Most part is not renovated and the architectural structure can be seen entirely. Some steps are so steep that visitors have to climb with their hands and feet.
