The Five-Pagoda Temple was originally built to the southeast of Hohhot during the reign of Emperor Yongzheng of the Qing Dynasty. Just as its name implies, there are five square dagobas positioned on the pedestal of the 16-meter's pagoda. The whole building is covered with colored glazes and on the top floor of the pagoda, thousands of small gilded statues of Buddha are placed. Attraction Intro: Five Pagoda Temple
