The Confucius Temple (Fuzi Miao) is situated on Gongyuan Street, on the northern bank of the Qinhuai River, Nanjing City. It's the place where people worship the great ancient Chinese ideologist and educator, Confucius (Kong Zi). Since the ancient times, Kong Zi has been called Kong Fuzi. Hence the temple name.
