West Xia Museum

West Xia Museum is the first of its kind against the West Xia Imperial Tombs and vividly shows the splendid history and culture of the West Xia Kingdom (1038-1227). The museum houses typical cultural relics like stone horses, human-shaped stone bases, tablets, porcelains, Buddhism sutras, Buddhism paintings, statues of Buddhas and arhats, reconstructed models of pagodas and murals which highly embody the cream of grotto art of the West Xia Dynasty.
