Confucius Temple Pictures

This temple was built in honor of Confucius. It was originally constructed in 478 BC by the King of the Lu State. After the gradual extension in the support of the emperors of the subsequent dynasties, it eventually becomes the most magnificent temple complex in China. I am Dr. M.Kannan working in an University in India. I want to visit Yantai, China. I am in Chennai in India. How to travel from Chennai to Yantai in China. Please guide me as I need to attend a conference there.

It is suggested that you take a flight from India to arrive in Beijing or Shanghai firstly, and then transfer to Yantai by train or domestic flight. The flights' info could be searched at https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/

There is only one train running between Guangzhou and Yangtai, taking 36 hours. So, please take a flight. You could find the real-time flight info at: https://www.travelchinaguide.com/china-flights/

You can fly to Hong Kong first and then shift to another flight to Qingdao, Shandong. Take airport to the city center then shift a taxi to the bus station in 58, Neimenggu Road. It has buses to Longkou Directly and needs about 3 hours.
