Located in the northern bank of the Yangtze River, Fengdu is said to be the abode of ghosts. It was built according to Chinese imagination of the Sheol. There are the Hades, judge and all kinds of devilkin. After the death of one person, the Hades will judge his behaviors when he is alive. If he is good, he will go to the heaven, otherwise, he will be strictly punished.
