Terms and Conditions

Our quotation includes merchandise total (replica's price) and transport costs. According to the transporting method you ordered, transport costs vary.

Transportation and Costs

For transporting method you have three options: by ship, by air or by Federal Express.

A. By ship

Shipping Destination and Time

We will ship your merchandise to the destination port you appointed and generally, it should be included in our port list. Usually, it takes about 40 days to ship your merchandise to North America, Southeast Asia and Australia; 60 - 80 days to Europe and the Mediterranean; 80 - 100 days to South America and Africa.

Shipping Charge

Our shipping charge is based on the volume of end packing and the destination. For shipment to North America addresses, it is USD190.00 net per cube meter. If the volume of total merchandise is less than 1 cube meter, it will be charged as 1 cube meter. The volume exceeding 1 cube meter will be charged as the factual volume.
e.g. The terra cotta warrior prices at USD460.00, and the end packing volume is 1.08 cube meter, therefore the costs comes to USD460.00 + USD190.00 X 1.08 cube meter = USD665.00 net.

3). Local duty
4). Taking delivery of goods charges
5). Storage Fee at the port 5 days after your merchandise arrives
6). Transfer charge from the warehouse to your house

B. By Air

Destination and Time

We will deliver your merchandise to the airport you appoint and it usually takes 10 - 15 business days.

Delivery Charges

The charge will base on your destination country and the weight of end packing.

3). Taking delivery of goods charges
4). Storage Fee at the port 5 days after your merchandise arrives
5). Transfer charge from the warehouse to your house

C. Federal Express Delivery

Destination and Time

It is a door-to-door delivery within 4 - 6 business days.

Delivery Charges

The charge will base on both the volume and the weight of end packing as well as your destination country. If the end packing volume of your merchandise is less than 1.5x0.8x0.8 cube meter or the weight is lighter than 40 kg, you do not need to pay additional delivery fee.

Quotation Exclusion

If your merchandise is bigger or heavier than the figures we mentioned above, our specialists will count the delivery fee specially.

Note: If you choose air or Federal Express delivery, required procedures will take 10 working days except the delivery period mentioned above.

Ocean Shipping Procedure

You fill in the order form. Please give us your contact phone number or e-mail address, guaranteeing we can contact you at any time need, like informing you of the time your merchandise arriving at the port.
We deliver your merchandise to the port you appointed. If you can not find the proper port on our port list, please contact us ASAP.
After the merchandise arrives, you can take delivery of it within 5 days without paying any storage fee.
Note: 6 days before your merchandise arrives, our agent in your country will fax or e-mail you an arrival notice. It will include the ship's name, arriving date, the telephone or fax number of the warehouse, the charge of taking your delivery of goods and the time limit of free storage fee, etc. Please read the notice carefully to avoid any unnecessary losses.

Damaged Merchandise

If you find the merchandise we delivered damaged during the transportation or different from the one you have ordered, please email us a clear photo of it. We will give you an exchange ASAP.
