Quotations

Our quotation includes the merchandise total (the carpet's price), delivery charge and custom clearance. Our delivery charge is based on the weight inclusive of packing and the shipping destination. For delivery to North American, European and Asian addresses, the delivery charge is already included in our quotation. For shipment to outside North American, Europe and Asia, you can email to our specialists for our Shipping & Handling charges.

Our quotation excludes the local duty tax (about 4% of the merchandise total).

Delivery

Merchandise is normally shipped by Federal Express or UPS ground service unless otherwise requested. We will deliver the goods ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. The charge will be based on your destination country and the weight inclusive of packaging. It is a door-to-door delivery normally within only 7 business days. The delivery charge is included in our quotation. For other delivery requests, all freight will be charged to the customer.

Return of Merchandise

• Notify us by email within 7 days that you wish to return a rug or product. All returns must be approved by TravelChinaGuide. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
• We will not accept returns in which carpet sets have been altered in any manner. If it is cut it is non-returnable.
  The customer will be responsible for all shipping charges as well as a restocking fee for any and all refused orders and we will not accept freight-collect carpets.
• Custom clearance and local duty tax are at the customer.
• The shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount on return rugs that include shipping in the price.
  
  Note: If you find the merchandise we delivered damaged or different from that you have ordered, please notify us by email with a clear photo of the product. We will give you an exchange ASAP but the customer will be responsible for the delivery charge and local duty tax.
