Ms.Dora Chen (CN) replied:
We will ship your merchandise to the destination port you appoint and generally it should be included in our port list. Usually, it takes about 40 days to ship your merchandise to North America, Southeast Asia and Australia, 60 to 80 days to Europe and the Mediterranean, 80 to 100 days to South America and Africa.
The price on the website excludes the shipping and handling. Our shipping charge is based on the volume of end packing and the destination. For shipment to North America addresses, it is USD190.00 net per cube meter. If the volume of total merchandise is less than 1 cube meter, it will be charged as
1 cube meter. The volume exceeding 1 cube meter will be charged as the factual volume. e.g. The terra cotta warrior prices at USD460.00, and the end packing volume is 1.08 cube meter, therefore the costs comes to USD460.00 USD190.00 X 1.08 cube meter = USD665.00 net.
Usually our quotation includes the goods rate and the ship freight to the warehouse of destination port as well as the insurance. So any other fee such as tariff and local duty will be on your side.

Ms.Tina Wang (CN) replied:
After we receive your payment, we will send the order to our factory within 3 working days. Then, the factory needs about 1 to 2 weeks to prepare the goods. After that, it takes about 1.5 to 2 months to ship the goods to your destination port. So you should receive the goods in about 3 months.

Ms.Tina Wang (CN) replied:
Usually, we do not suggest our clients choose the delivery by Federal Express, because it is the most expensive way. The delivery charge is almost 10 times higher than shipping. We do suggest you choose the delivery by ship as most of our customers choose this way.
