Are all terra cotta warriors available in three colors? In what sizes are they offered?

A:
Yes, all terra cotta warriors are available in black, yellow and bronze colors. They are being offered in full-, half-, third-, and three-quarters life-sizes.

How well would the terra cotta warriors weather out there in the open?

A:
It is not recommended to leave them out there for a long period. Their coats of paint could get washed off in the rain. However, their clay bodies may withstand the elements well enough.

What is my net purchasing cost? How do you charge delivery?

A:
The listed price does not include shipping. Packaging and destination determines delivery charges. It is at USD 190.00 per cubic meter for most North American shipped to addresses. We charge one cubic meter minimum. Anything over one cubic meter or part thereof would be prorated.

How do I take delivery? What arrangements are made to handle the goods at the port of entry?

A:
You are notified by fax or email several days before your order arrives. Information includes the carrier, arrival date, warehouse contact numbers, and payment amount. Our agent would then help you to clear customs and send you the necessary papers. You receive the shipment, on authority of the documents, at the warehouse.

How long it takes before I get my goods delivered, on placing my order?

A:
It takes 15 days to process export/import papers with various authorities before the goods leave China. Shipping takes around 40 days to North America, Southeast Asia and Australia. Europe and Mediterranean area takes between 60 and 80 days. South America and Africa may take from 80 to 100 days.

Is there insurance coverage while the goods are in transit?

A:
We are quoting you the CIF (cost, insurance and freight) price. That includes insurance against loss and damage.

Where are you shipping the goods from? Where is your North American distribution center?

A:
The goods leave China at the Port of Tianjin. They arrive at Los Angeles for distribution over North America.

How do I pay the port charges?

A:
The port authority will invoice you on the arrival of your shipment. You may have to pay it in two parts. The US conveyance agent administers a flat charge. The warehouse charges storage fee by the day.
