Hello, thank you for all the information you sent me about the wire transfers for payment.
The meassurment of the head opening in cms, is 7 1/2 ( 3 inches). The reason why I was ordering two heads was because of the risk of one not fitting, and also if another one breaks I would have that. Please let me know if you have this size so I can go to western union and make the transfer tomorrow. I will let you know as soon as I do it. HOw long did you said that it would take to recieve the heads?

Thank you for your information. In China, now it is a short holiday which lasts for three days. The staff in the factory will come back from their holiday on April 07. So till Apr 07, we can check with them if the size you required can be offered. We will inform you as soon as we get the information. Thank you for your kind patience.
Usually, it takes about 10 days for the goods to arrive in US by EMS. But when we receive your payment, we will send the order to the factory within three working days. And it takes some time for the factory to prepare the goods for you.

Sorry. We usually transfer the goods from China to the warehouse of the destination port. We do not offer the transfer service from the port to your house. Because the charges, such as the Destination arrangement charges, the Customs Clearance Service Charge, the Local duty and the local delivery charge, are different from place to place. We are not sure of the amount of these charges. And it is hard for us to arrange the local transfer in your country. It will be more convenient and economical for you to consult your
local customs about these charges and arrange the transfer from the port to your house by yourself. Thank you for your understanding.
