After checking with the factory, we were informed that your goods have been transferred to the port, and they will be shipped to your country in a few days. Usually it takes about one month for the goods to reach your port, so you may receive them at the end of April or early May. The agent will inform you duly as soon as your goods arrives, and we will also offer you the bill of lading when it is available. Hope for your kind patience.
Bill of Lading can be your reference only. You will be notified by fax or email several days before your order arrives. Information includes the carrier, arrival date, warehouse contact numbers and payment amount. Our agent would then help you to clear customs and send you the necessary papers. You will receive the shipment, on authority of the documents at the warehouse. Please timely inform us when you receive the goods.
If there are some problems with the phone of the logistic company, the phone number on the Bill of Lading may not work. If you need, you can contact them through the email address: maxlink@yahoo.com.

Yes. The statues can be placed outside, but we kindly suggest you put a fabric over them so as to prevent them from being wetted and faded due to the rain and snow.
