TravelChinaGuide: Keeping Our Promises & No Hidden Charges

TravelChinaGuide keeps our promises to our valued clients: Our policy of no hidden charges and guaranteed net prices assure you a most enjoyable China trip.

As a traveler, you will be aware that lower prices catch the eye and are consequently one of the most competitive elements for a travel company. Some companies may release a very low advertised price to attract tourists, which will not always be the true cost of the trip if you want comfortable and guaranteed service.

TravelChinaGuide offers a truly inclusive price to those who wish to visit China with full value for every penny spent ensuring that their journey is a pleasant one. On a TravelChinaGuide tour, you will discover:

We always have more to offer than you expect
  • Our professional travel counselors are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. That means whenever you have questions during your tour or if you encounter any difficulties when on tour such as flight alterations, health problems, the loss of luggage, passport or visa, you can call our domestic toll free number from all parts of China, as there's always an English-speaking member of staff in the office waiting to help you.
  • As a professional travel counsellor, he will arrange a complete itinerary which includes all highlight attractions according to clients' individual interests. He will not offer optional tours in itineraries, a practice of many of our competitors so as to give the impression at first glance of lower total tour prices. TravelChinaGuide Tours are fully inclusive with everything clearly stated in our itineraries with no hidden extras.
  • We steer clear of tourist restaurants and arrange a la carte meals in the major cities where we choose the best restaurants for you and allow you to choose your favorite dishes for yourselves.
  • Comfortable accommodation will enhance your enjoyment of the whole holiday. Our China Tours use only international managed or the best local hotels in each city. Here the client is lavished with attentive and thoughtful service, and at a location that is central for strolling and shopping. Breakfast is a smorgasbord of both western and Asian dishes.
  • We provide two free bottles of mineral or purified bottled water per person per day to our clients. Two glasses of either soft drink or local beer are included without charge at lunch and dinner compared with the single drink offered by most tour operators.
  • We offer private transfers with both guide and driver. We guarantee that the vehicles used on our tours are always clean and comfortable and in excellent condition, something our competitors cannot always boast.

As one of China's leading tour operators, we are proud of our record of reliability and service. For some travelers, it is a once in a life-time opportunity to visit our country. This is why we take every care to provide you with a wonderful experience based on professional tour arrangements at what we trust will be the best price available. TravelChinaGuide is here to serve you.
