Day 01: Arrival in Kunming
Upon arrival, check in at a local hotel and have a good rest.

Day 02: Kunming
Cycle to Dianchi Lake and the Stone Forest.

Day 03: Kunming - Shangri-La
Take a morning flight to Shangri-La (Zhongdian), a predominately Tibetan town. Explore this Tibetan town, visit a Tibetan lamasery.

Day 04: Shangri-La (Zhongdian) - Baishuitai
Depart from Shangri-La and cycle to Baishutai, the backdoor of Tiger Leaping Gorge, and enjoy the fascinating mountain scenery along the way.

Day 05: Baishutai - Tiger Leaping Gorge
View and admire the great amazing natural wonder of Tiger Leaping Gorge, one the world's deepest gorges. Visit the narrow but powerful spot of the gorge where it takes its name. Stay overnight in local lodgings.

Day 06: Tiger Leaping Gorge - Ljiang
Cycle out of the gorge, pass by the Shigu, the "first bend" in the Yangtze River and get to Lijiang. Check in at a local hotel and get prepared for your next day trip.

Day 07: Lijiang - Chengdu
Explore Lijiang's Old Town with unique architecture and fast flowing waterways. Visit the Black Dragon Park and take an evening flight to Chengdu. Check in at a local hotel and have a good rest.

Day 08: Chengdu - Huanglongxi
In the morning, visit People's Park and Wenshu Monastery. Cycle to Huanglongxi, a small fishing village that is often used in classic-period movies. On the route, visit the unique Yellow Dragon Temple on the side of a hill and a Chinese cemetery. Stay overnight in Huanglongxi.

Day 09: Huanglongxi - Chengdu
Cycle to Anren to visit the Li Landlord Manor, a vivid example of a feudal manor to illustrate evils of the landlord-serf system. Then return to Chengdu in the afternoon and enjoy a Sichuan Cuisine for dinner.

Day 10: Chengdu
Visit the Panda Breeding Research Base in the morning and end your tour here.
