Please let me know the name of this restaurant.at Shanghai.
You listed it under Shanghai cuisine Restaurant 1.
I went to china last year with your company and have been searching for this dish 'stir fried chicken with chilli'
I want to find the recipe, if you can help that would be great, otherwise please just let me know what kind of chilli
Was used to fry this dish.
Your help is much much appreciated

You mean 辣子鸡丁 in Chinese if I'm right. Either pickled pepper or dry red chili is ok to be used to cooking this dish. I find the recipe of Kung pao Chicken wich is very similar to 'stir fried chicken with chili' for you here
