Day by Day Itinerary

Departure: Sunday

Day One: Entry Beijing
TCG guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you at the Beijing Capital Airport according to your international (internal) flight schedule. Transfer to the 4-star hotel for 3 nights stay and relax for the rest of the day.

Day Two: Beijing
Stroll along the famous Tiananmen Square - the largest square in the world, and reach the Forbidden City . This afternoon, transfer to visit the Temple of Heaven.

Day Three: Beijing
Morning excursion transfers you to climb the China Great Wall - Badaling section. A spicy Sichuan cuisine lunch is served at a notable restaurant to recruit your physical energy. This afternoon, stroll across the Sacred Path to reach the Ming Tomb.

Day Four: Beijing - Shanghai
Bid farewell to the city after having a stay at the Summer Palace. Fly to prosperous Shanghai to feel the fashion atmosphere. TCG guide will wait for you at the airport ahead of the flight schedule and transfer you to the 4-star hotel for 1 night stay. Then escort you to stroll along the Nanjing Road to reach the Bund area.

Day Five: Shanghai - Xian
A whole day excursion covers the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden, and a local family visit. Fly to Xian to appreciate China's long history. TCG guide will wait for you at the airport ahead of the flight schedule and transfer you to the 4-star hotel for 2 nights stay. Relax for the rest of the day.

Day Six: Xian
Highlight morning excursion transfers you to visit the amazing Terracotta Soldiers Museum. This afternoon, visit the landmark of this city - Big Wild Goose Pagoda and have a bird’s view of this city in the City Wall.

Day Seven: Xian - Kunming
Proceed to the next stop after visiting the Shaanxi History Museum and the Great Mosque. Fly to Kunming, nicknamed City of Spring. TCG guide will wait for you at the airport ahead of the flight schedule and transfer you to the 4-star hotel for 1 night stay. Relax for the rest of the day.

Day Eight: Kunming - Lijiang
This morning, fly to Lijiang and have your first impression of the Naxi minority group. TCG guide will wait for you at the airport ahead of the flight schedule and transfer you to the 3-star hotel for 2 nights stay. Morning excursion offers an opportunity to approach the Baisha Village, a local Naxi family, the Baisha Murals and the Rock Joseph's Former Residence in Yuhu Village and end with a leisure walk along the Square street of Lijiang Old Town.

Specials: Naxi Ancient Music and Dance Performance at Dongba Palace.

Day Nine: Lijiang
No scheduled tour plans the whole day. You could walk around the city on your own leisure step or pay a visit to Naxi Minority on your own. Breakfast with hotel has been well-handled by us.

Day Ten: Lijiang - Kunming - Lunan
This morning, fly to Kunming and transfer to Lunan for visit the Stone Forest. Have an overnight stay at a 3 star hotel.

Day Eleven: Lunan - Shizong - Xingyi
Transfer you to Xingyi, the southwest gate of Guizhou Province. On the way, you will come across the Shizhong and have a chance to visit the Local Tobacco Farm and a Local Country Market if time caters. Upon arrival, transfer you to the 3-star hotel for 2 nights stay. Then follow a visit to the Local Folk Museum of the Wedding Rituals as the end of the day.

Day Twelve: Xingyi
 A hiking day awaits you. You will visit the Forest of Thousands of Mountain Peaks, the Maling Gorge and the Heaven-star Gallery. A whole day hiking may weary you out and rest fully to recover from the fatigue the rest of the day.

Day Thirteen: Xingyi - Huangguoshu Waterfall
Continue the transfer to Huangguoshu. You will come across two minority villages on the way. One is the Zuoqi Black Miao Village where you will see women's traditional costume with big earring, black turban and black cotton jacket, the other one is the Buyi People Village where you will acquire their traditional way of spinning and weaving. Have an overnight stay at 3-star hotel in Huangguoshu.

Day Fourteen: Huangguoshu Waterfall - Guiyang
After visiting the Huangguoshu Waterfall, the largest waterfall of Asia, transfer you to Guiyang and have 1 night stay at a 4 star hotel. Follow a visit to the Jiaxiu Pavilion and the Qingyan Old Town.

Day Fifteen: Guiyang - Kaili
Continue the transfer to Kaili and have 1 night stay at the 4-star hotel. After lunch, afternoon is scheduled to have a Long-skirt Miao Village visit within a close touch with the local families. Conclude the day to appreciate the Miao people's unique architecture - Wooden Stilt House.

Day Sixteen: Kaili - Guiyang - Guilin
Morning is scheduled to see the traditional way of paper-making and have a Long-skirt Miao Village visit. Transfer back to Guiyang and connect a flight to Guilin to enjoy the top landscape of China. TCG guide will wait for you at the airport ahead of the flight schedule and transfer you to the 4-star hotel for 2 nights stay.

Day Seventeen: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Highlight cruise excursion along the Li River will take you to Yangshuo. Upon arrival, stroll along the west street, have a short cycling trip around the village (electric car instead) and pay a visit to a villager's home. Drive back to Guilin.

Tip: The cruise lunch may not be as good as your expectation, please be sure you are well fed this morning at the hotel.


Day Eighteen: Guilin - Hongkong
A whole day highlight excursion transfers you to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill. Fly to vibrant Hongkong to indulge yourselves in the shopping paradise. Please take the shuttle bus or the taxi to TCG reserved hotel by yourselves.

Tips: Since English signs are available everywhere in Hongkong, you could easily have an access to the destination by yourselves. We only book the hotel with breakfast for you. 

Day Nineteen: Hongkong
Hotel with breakfast has been well-handled by TCG ahead of schedule. You are suggested to have a Peak tram ride to reach the Central District, view city panorama in the Victoria Peak, promenade along the Repulse Bay and Aberdeen, and conclude the day to visit the Stanley Market.

Day Twenty: Hongkong Exit
Take a shuttle bus or the taxi to the airport for your homebound flight or extend your stay.
