Xinjiang-kashgar01 : 8 Days Kashgar - Karakuli Lake - Kunsiwa - Kyqikaqi - Yangbulake - Qaotumak Village - Base Camp - Qaotumak Village - 204 - Kashgar

 
 Day by Day Itinerary

Departure: Daily 
 
Day 01: Arrival in Kashgar
Arrive in Kashgar and get prepared. Stay overnight at the local hotel.

 
Day 02: Kashgar - Karakuli Lake
Drive from Kashgar to Karakuli Lake. At arrival, trek around in the afternoon and warm up for the trekking next day, camping by the lake.

 
Day 03: Karakuli Lake - Kunsiwa
It takes about 4 hours along the Lake to Kunsiwa - a warm-up exercise. Enjoy the landscape of Kongur - the highest peak of Kun Lun Mountain, Kanyailak Grassland, the east part of Muztag Ata Mountain.

 
Day 04: Kunsiwa - Kyqikaqi
Trek for 4 hours to Kuqikaqi -the Kyrkiz nomad's summer village to have a view of the North - east side of Muztag Ata Mountain. En route, cross the Kunsiwa River and Daban. Stay overnight in the camp.

 
Day 05: Kyqikaqi - Yangbulake
Trek for 5 hours to Yangbulake to visit the Glacier. Stay overnight in the camp.

 
Day 06: Yangbulake - Qaotumak Village - Base Camp - Qaotumak Village
Trek to visit the Base Camp of Muztag Ata, the first camp site for the climbing expedition's groups. You will reach one of the beautiful Galcier -Janblak Glacier. Enjoy the great view and take photos around. Then trek back to Qiaotomak Village. Stay overnight in the camp.

 
Day 07: Qaotumak Village - 204 - Kashgar
Trek 2 hours to 204 and drive back to Kashgar.

 
Day 08: Kashgar
Leave Kashgar according to your schedule.
 

Xinjiang-kashgar02 : 9 Days Kashgar - Karakul Lake - Kangxiwa - Kuqikaqi - Jangburak Glacier - Base Camp - Subashy - Kashgar

 
 Day by Day Itinerary

Departure: Daily 
 

Day 01: Arrival in Kashgar
Arrive in Kashgar and get prepared. Stay overnight at the local hotel.

 
Day 02: Kashgar - Karakul Lake
Drive to Karakul Lake via Khunjerab (Pakistan). Explore around the lake to visit the Kazakh nomad family. And enjoy the sunset by the lake if weather permits. Stay overnight in the camp.

 
Day 03: Karakul Lake - Kangxiwa
Leave for Kangxiwa summer pasture. Today you will ascend 280m/920ft to Kangxiwa summer pasture. 

 
Day 04: Kangxiwa - Kuqikaqi
Trek up to Kuqikaqi Glade. 

 
Day 05: Kuqikaqi - Jangburak Glacier
Keep on trekking up to Jangburak glacier. Stay overnight in the camp.

 
Day 06: Jangburak Glacier - Base Camp
Trek to the Base Camp of Muztagh Ata and settle down there for one night.
 

Day 07: Base Camp - Subashy - Kashgar
Across several hills, trek down to Subashy. Drive back to Kashgar.
 

Day 08: Kashgar
Have a one day tour in Kashgar to visit the largest Bazaar in central Asian, explore the old city and visit Ldkah Mosque and the Abakh Khoja Tomb. 

 
Day 09: Departure from Kashgar
Leave Kashgar according to your schedule.
