When it was time for the bike ride in Guilin, four of our group wanted to do the bike ride and two of the group preferred to do the electric cart. But our guide told us that we had to choose one or the other and could not split the group. So two of our group stayed behind in a hotel lobby while the others had a nice bike ride. It would have been good if these two people had been able to do the cart ride, even without the guide.

At the farthest point of the bike ride, there is a nice, clean river and people offering river rides down the river on bamboo rafts. Some people were putting their bikes on the raft and taking the raft ride. This looks like a fun activity that would be attractive for your customers at a low cost.

The parks in Guilin were very crowded due to Golden Week Chinese visitors. It is probably best NOT visit China during Golden Weeks.
