Local people's Life, Beijing

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing

Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. The Beijing Duck Dinner is served at a famous restaurant followed by a lively Peking Opera performance at the Liyuan Theatre. (B+L+D)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall. To avoid having lunch at shopping site restaurants, you will be driven to have Sichuan food at a local popular restaurant. Visit the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb in the afternoon. The a la carte dinner is served at a famous Cantonese cuisine restaurant in the Wangfujing area. (B+L+D)

 Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, Nanjing

Day 04:Beijing - Xian
Visit the Summer Palace and the Lama Temple. Take a flight to Xian and transfer to the hotel. A sumptuous buffet dinner will be served for you at the hotel this evening. (B+L+D)

Day 05: Xian
Visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum. To avoid having the poor food at the site, you will take highway back to downtown to have lunch at a well-known Cantonese cuisine restaurant. In the afternoon, visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the City Wall. This evening you will be entertained with the marvelous Tang Dynasty Dinner Show in Tang Dynasty Palace. Day 06: Xian
Visit the Provincial History Museum. After enjoying the a la carte lunch at a local famous restaurant, visit the Great Mosque and a local family. (B+L)

Day 07: Xian - Guilin
Visit the Hanyangling Museum, the Mausoleum of Western Han Emperor Liu Qi on the way to the airport. After lunch, take a flight to Guilin and transfer to the hotel. Enjoy Ethnic Songs and Dances at Lijiang Theatre after dinner. (B+L+D)

 Tiger Hill, Suzhou

Day 08: Guilin - Yangshuo
Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Transfer to the hotel. A short bicycle trip to the countryside will then be arranged. You will visit a local villager's home to experience the farmer's lifestyle there. Alternatively, you can take our electric car instead of taking bicycles. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today.) (B+L)

Day 09: Yangshuo - Guilin - Nanjing
The morning is free. Transfer back to Guilin and board an afternoon flight to Nanjing. Check in at the hotel. (B)

Day 10: Nanjing

Visit the Dr. Sun Yat-sen's Mausoleum, the Linggu Temple, the Memorial Hall of Dr. Sun Yat-sen's, the Ming Xiaoling Mausoleum, the Gateway to Ming Tomb and the Confucius Temple Area. (B+L)

Day 11: Nanjing - Suzhou
Take a soft seat train to Suzhou and transfer to the hotel. Visit the Tiger Hill, the Humble Administrator's Garden and the Garden of the Master of the Nets. (B+L)

Day 12: Suzhou - Zhouzhuang - Shanghai
Drive to Zhouzhuang, the No. 1 Water County of China. Visit the Hall of Shen's residence. Transfer to Shanghai and check in at the hotel. (B+L)

Day 13: Shanghai
Visit the Shanghai Museum and the Yuyuan Garden. After lunch, take a cruise tour on the Huangpu River. The Farewell Dinner is served at Central Hotel, whose restaurant Wang Bao He has a history of around 260 years and is the best place to serve Shanghai Cuisine. The memorable dinner will be followed by the Portman Acrobatic Show at the Shanghai Centre Theatre. (B+L+D)

Just out of our hotel - Crowne Plaza Hotel, there is a street called Wangfujing Xiao Chi Jie. It is full of the neat restaurants and fried stuff on sticks in Wangfujing area. Different kinds of Beijing flavor food can be found here. In the evening, strolling along the street and have a taste of the various of Chinese food. Reaaly a special dinner in Beijing. :-)
