Does anyone know if there is any tailor made Muslim-Tour-China type of package. I am interested in visiting places that have Islamic influence (history, architecture etc.) in China. I am also keen to visit places populated by Chinese Muslims currently. Ideas and suggestions are most welcome. Thank you.

hi, i am venee from malaysia. i wonder it has to take how long to travel from shenzen to yi wu. There is a train but it takes 14 hours.Thats too long..Is there any other transportation or flight?? where is the aiprort located in yi wu??? thanks

Hi Salleh, I am a German working in China. China government still don't agree with any international driving license. If you want to drive in China, you must obtain the China driving license. By the way, the traffic in China, especially in Beijing, is crazy. Till now, I dare not drive in Beijing.
Is there any private tour guides out there? We plan to travel all over China and would love it if a local can take us around his or her particular city etc. We are looking to travel on budget, so this is more of a way make new friends.

Take a train from Hangzhou Railway Station or Hangzhou East Railway Station, it costs about 3 to 4 hours and 40yuan of a hard seat. Please note that there is an express train leaves for Suzhou from Hangzhou Railway Station at 08:25. It just takes 2hous and 20 minutes to Suzhou. The fare is 90/110yuan.

Hello, I wanto to trvel to Shanghai and Beijing between 15.March and 5.April, but I am somewhat worried about the temperature. Would it be better to go there a month later? Can you like sit outside in a park or is it too cold?

Normally, the daily tour will start at around 9:00 in the morning and end at around 18:00 in the afternoon. You can have breakfast at the hotel before guide picks you up, as for the dinner, it always starts at around 18:00. However, this is just a general schedule according to my travel experience.

Well for your information, from December to February will be very cold in Beijing, but with less tourists and the price will be lower. The most economical way should be like this: HongKong-Guangzhou-Changan-Guangzhou-Hangzhou-Beijing. From HongKong to Guangzhou, you can take the railway which is the most convienent and cheapest way. From Guangzhou to Changan, you can take the bus which maybe the only way. Then you will take flight from Guangzhou to Hangzhou to Beijing. Any other info you need?

There is no airport in Yiwu. You can take flight to Hangzhou or Shanghai first, then take the shuttle bus to Yiwu.
