2. if by bus wht code of bus
3. how long it take by bus and by taxi ?
pls help, my email add : acc_lifeboat@yahoo.com

Mr.Steve replied:

Hangzhou Xiaoshan Airport supplies coaches to Shaoxing directly. The first one leaves at 06:00 as well as the last bus leaves at 18:30. The ticket fare is 30yuan per head. But, if there are a few of passengers, the scheduled bus maybe cancelled without note.
In this case, take the airport bus to Hangzhou Railway Station where you could take a train to Ningbo. The last train leaves at 19:52.

Mrs.Lydia Mustafasaid:

Can you tell me if it is a good idea to take the cruise from HuangShan to Hungchow instead of flying back to Shanghai from HuangShan?

Oct. 19,2009 03:38
Mr.Kim Moni replied:

There is indeed a cruise ship available from Huangshan to Hangzhou, but the conditions of this boat are very poor, which usually sails 3 to 5 hours with 60-80 people on one boat. Besides, if you want to take this cruise, you would need to get up at around 5:00 in the morning to catch this ship.

Mrs.Nicky Goodssaid:

Will we be able to obtain assistance with our luggage as we travel around China? I am concerned if we cannot get assistance with our luggage at Chinese airports even if we are willing to tip.

Oct. 19,2009 03:34
Ms.Adela replied:

Don’t worry about hotels as the hotel porters are willing to help you with your luggage when you check in or check out the hotels. But as you said you need to tip them a little. However, this kind of service is not always available at the airports. At some airports like Beijing, Guilin or Shanghai, the porters or red caps may help you with certain service charge, while I don’t see any them at the airports in Xian, Chongqing and Yichang. But the staffs there are also very kind if you ask help from them.

From Shenzhen to Guangzhou, you should take the train (Lou Hu station). It costs 60 RMB and takes one hour, the train goes at 160 Km/h. By car it takes at least 1h30 if there's no traffic jam

Ms.Carmen(Malaysia)said:

My mum in her late sixties and my sis-in-law will be going to Shanghai in mid-November 2009. It's a 5 days, 4 nights tour. The tour agency is pushing the land tour package at additional charges of $40US per pax just to see the shoe, shoe leather making factory, 60 minutes foot masage. Well what do you think? Should they pay for this option? Thanks.

Sep. 30,2009 03:14
Ms.Janet replied:

The price is just a little bit expensive, but it depends on what kind of materials will be used in the foot massage. It seems this is an optional tour, you have the right to accept or refuse it according to your demand.

Mr.GOH(Brunei)said:

I will be arriving at Shanghai Pudong Int'l Aiport from Brunei via Singapore. I will be going to Henan (Zhengzhous) . How to get to the domestic airport to connect my next flight to Zhengzhous. Is it in the same terminal ? If not, what is the name of the domestic airport ? How far from Pudong Airport ?

Sep. 30,2009 03:06
Ms.Anne replied:

Your international flight will land in Shanghai Pudong airport (PVG), while your domestic flight will depart from Shanghai Hongqiao airport (SHA). Please double check the information on your tickets. If it is right, you can take the shuttle bus Line 1 from Pudong airport to Hongqiao airport. It is available every 15 to 25 minutes. One hour's drive is needed and the ticket price is about CNY30.00. Alternatively, you can also choose to take taxi. It costs about CNY100.00 to CNY120.00.

Ms.Anita DeLucasaid:

I wish to see the real China and feel its culture. S-KM01 or L-GY03, which would you recommend.

Sep. 22,2009 02:21
Ms.Teoh replied:

If you only have time for one of the tour, I do suggest you take the Yunnan tour instead of the Guiyang tour. Since the road between Congjiang, Sanjiang and zhaoxing in Guiyang Province is not very good and sometimes there may be mudslide when it is rainning. For the Yunnan tours, you can experiencethe real China and you can also witness the Chinese Minority People's life. Anyway, this is my personal idea.
