Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Chinese observatory
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tian'anmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. (B+L)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. We intend to leave the day free for you to absorb something of the vibrant atmosphere of Beijing. (B)

Day 05: Beijing - Xian
Visit the Summer Palace, the Lama Temple and the lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo. See off at Beijing railway station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian. (B+L+D)

Day 06: Xian
Pick you up at the railway station. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum. (B+L)

Tibetan people
The day is arranged by yourselves, you are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. (B)

Day 08: Xian - Lhasa
You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. Board the flight to Lhasa by yourselves. Our guide will pick you up at Lhasa airport where the altitude is 3,650 meters above sea level. Transfer to the hotel and acclimatize yourself to the high altitude in the afternoon. (B)

Day 09: Lhasa
Visit the magnificent Potala Palace. After a western-style lunch, visit the Sera Monastery and the Norbulingka Park. (B+L)

Visit the Jokhang Temple and the thriving bazaar of the Barkhor Street. After having a western-style lunch, go ahead to visit the Tibet Museum, the Tibetan Traditional Medicine Hospital and the Carpet Factory. (B+L)

Day 11: Lhasa - Gyangtse
Transfer to Gyangtse. Stop off at the Yamdrok Yumtso Lake and the Karola snow mountain. Transfer to the hotel. Visit the Palkhor Monastery and the Gyangtse Old Street. (B+L)

Day 12: Gyangtse - Shigatse
Lamas in the Tashilunpo Monastery, Shigatse
Transfer to Shigatse and check in at the hotel. Visit the Tashilunpo Monastery and the New Palace of Panchen. (B+L)

Day 13: Shigatse - Dingri
Transfer to Dingri and check in at the hotel. Visit the Sakya Monastery and Lhatse city on the way. (B+L)

Day 14: Dingri - Everest Base Camp - Dingri
Transfer to the Everest Base Camp and visit Rongbuk Monastery. Return to Dingri. (B+L)

Day 15: Dingri - Shigatse
Drive back to Shigatse and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)

Day 16: Shigatse - Lhasa
Return to Lhasa and transfer to the hotel. (B+L)
