Day by Day Itinerary

Departure: Daily

Day One: Entry Urumqi
TCG guide will hold a welcome sign to meet you at the Urumqi Airport according to your international (internal) flight schedule. Transfer to the 4-star hotel for 2 nights stay and relax for the rest of the day.

Hotel: Xinjiang Grand Hotel (4 star) - former Holiday Inn Hotel

Day Two: Urumqi
Today, you will enjoy a full day trip to the Heavenly Lake which nestle in the middle of Bogda Peak 110 km (68miles) east of Urumqi.

Meals: Breakfast, Lunch

Day Three: Urumqi - Kashgar
Take one hour driving to the Southern Pastures (West White Poplar Gully) to enjoy the beautiful pasture and the pastoral Kazakh inhabit and graze. Return to Urumqi to see Xinjiang Museum. Fly to Kashgar one of the most important town on the ancient Silk Road. Stay at the local best hotel for 2 nights.

Day Four: Kashgar
Take a full day tour which covers the highlights of Kashgar: the Id Kah Mosque, the Old Street, the Abakh Khoja Tomb and the local kindergarten.

Day Five: Kashgar - Urumqi
Take a chance to experience the local lively and flourishing Sunday Market and be invited to a local family. Fly back to Urumqi and transfer to the hotel.

Day Six: Urumqi - Turpan
Take car to Turpan by 2 hours'driving. Today begins by visiting the Jiaohe Ruins witnessed the long history of Turpan, the notable 'underground Great Wall' Karez System and the largest extant Islamic tower Sugong Pagoda (Emin Minaret).

Hotel: Oasis Hotel (3 star)

Day Seven: Turpan - Urumqi
After breakfast at the hotel, transfer to visit the Gaochang Ruins standing in the desolate Gebi desert, the Baizikeli Thousand Buddha Caves and the Flaming Mountain. Transfer back to Urumqi.

Day Eight: Urumqi Exit
The tour ends upon hotel check-out. A complimentary transfer to the airport is provided.
