Patagonia Tour with Iguazu Falls

After arrival, our local driver will pick you up at Buenos Aires Ezeiza International Airport and transfer you to the hotel. In the evening, the driver will lead you to the most popular tanguerias El Querandi in Sab Telmo where you will enjoy a delicious dinner and appreciate a Tango show. After, send you back to the hotel.

Today we are going to explore Buenos Aires. The guide and the driver will lead you to Recoleta Cemetery, Palermo neighbourhood, San Telmo neighbourhood and Puerto Madero. Then head to Plaza de Mayo square to see the Casa Rosada from outside and visit the Obelisk and Teatro Colon from outside in July 9 Avenue. Afterwards, we will go sightseeing the street museum Caminito in La Boca which is a traditional lane full of colored paintings. In the afternoon, you will be transferred to the airport for the 3.5-hour flight to Ushuaia. After arrival, the driver will wait for you at the airport exit and escort you to the hotel.

After picking you up at the hotel, we will drive 20 minutes to Tierra del Fuego National Park. There are spectacular waterfalls, forests, mountains and glaciers, including part of Lake Fagnano and Roca Lake inside. Senda Costera linking Ensenada and Lapataia in Lago Roca is a quite popular hiking route. In the afternoon, we will board the yacht at the port in Ushuaia to enjoy a panoramic view of the city. It will sail along the Beagle Channel, passing by Sea Lions Island, the Cormorants Island and Les Eclaireurs. In the midway, have a short trekking at a small island. After the tour, go back to the hotel in Ushuaia.

Today, we will visit Magellanic Penguins which is one of the highlights. First, we will take the car for 1.5 hours to the wharf in Estancia Harberton about 80 kilometers (50 miles) away, then proceed to a small island by shared semi-rigid rubber boat where we will have a chance to closely contact with the Magellanic Penguins. Under the guidance, you can walk 90 minutes to Isla Maltillo and Harberton Island. We will know more about the penguins and their natural habitat there. Finally, you will be transferred back to the hotel.

The driver will escort you from the hotel to airport on time. Then you can fly 1.5 hours to El Calafate where Perito Moreno Glacier is located. After arrival, you will meet the driver at the exit and be transferred to the hotel. Then you can arrange the rest time of the day by yourself.

In the morning, we will leave from the hotel to reach Perito Moreno Glacier by car in 1.5 hours. Along the way are Patagonia Steppe, Magellan Forest and the Argentino Lake where we will see many plants and animals. Patagonia Glacier has covered half of the national park which is also the second largest ice field after Antarctic. We will feel very close to the glacier when walking along the path and watching it from different angles. It is also possible to see ice falling into the water. Then, appreciate the 80-meter-high (262-feet-high) Perito Moreno Glacier in a close distance by shared boat. Finally transfer back to the hotel.

Today, the driver will meet you at the hotel and transfer you to the airport for the flight to Puerto Iguazu. First, you need to take the flight to Buenos Aires, then transfer to another flight to Puerto Iguazu by yourself. The whole time spending on the plane is about 5 hours. After arrival, you will be transferred to the hotel by the local driver.

Today's highlight is the Iguazu Falls at Argentina side which is known as one of the world's seven natural wonders and world's heritage. The guide will lead you to travel along the Green Trail and footpath through three different circuits: the trail to the Devil's throat, Upper Circuit and Lower Circuit to visit the fall. Finally, return to the hotel.

Today we will go to the last scenic spot of this itinerary, Iguazu Falls at Brazilian side by car. When there are 80% Iguazu waterfalls in Argentina, Brazil on the opposite is definitely the best place to appreciate the whole waterfall and take pictures. We will have a close contact to Devil's Throat to feel the powerful water. In the end, you will be transferred to the airport for the flight to Buenos Aires. The driver there will escort you from the airport to hotel after you arrive. 

Tips: As you will pass the border today, remember to take the passport and you are kindly advised to apply with your local embassy in advance for tourist visa.
