Day 1 Arrival in Delhi
Upon arrival at the Delhi airport, our local representative will meet you and then transfer you to check in at your hotel. The rest of the day is free for you to recover from jet lag or explore the city as you like.

Day 2 Delhi
After breakfast, your Delhi to Kathmandu tour starts! We will first visit Raj Ghat. It is the Father of India, Mahatma Gandhi's mausoleum built with black marbles, unadorned and extremely simple. Then we will drive by Red Fort, the largest palace in India. This red sandstone octangle building is constructed in typical Mughal Empire architectural style. After that, we will take you to Jama Masjid, where you can feel the solemn religious atmosphere at one of the three largest mosques in the world. Then we will take a rickshaw ride in the busy Chandni Chowk area, full of noisy shops, street food and hawkers. There you can experience local people's life.

In the afternoon, we continue our trip to the tallest brick minaret in the world, Qutub Minar. It was made of red sandstone and marble around 1,000 years ago. Then we move on to Humayun's Tomb, which looks like a beautiful garden, said to be the design inspiration of the Taj Mahal. After that, you will visit the 42-meter-high India Gate built in memory of Indian soldiers who died during the World War I. Today’s Delhi to Kathmandu tour ends in Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most famous pilgrimage sites of Sikhs that is more than 200 years old.

Day 3 Delhi - Agra
Drive to Agra & check in at hotel. Tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah (Baby Taj), Mehtab Bagh. (B)
In the morning, our Nepal package from Delhi extend to Agra by our private drive. On arrival at your hotel, we will help you with the check-in procedure. Our guided tour for today starts with the Tomb of Itimad-Ud-Daulah (the Baby Taj), which reputedly offered the design inspiration of the marvelous Taj Mahal. Although the Baby Taj's structures are not that large as the Taj Mahal, it started a new style of the Mughal mausoleums and has the more exquisite carvings and marble lattice designs. We will also guide you to visit Mehtab Bagh, a peaceful garden where you can get a wonderful view of the Taj Mahal in a distance.

Day 4 Agra

Early in the morning, we will set out for a sunrise view of the Taj Mahal, one of the New Seven Wonders of the World and definitely a highlight in our Nepal tour package from Delhi. The Taj Mahal is regarded as the most perfect gem of Indian Muslim art and Tagore (1861 - 1941), a famous poet in India, once highly praised it as a tear on the eternal cheek. 

Afterwards, we will take you to a guided tour of the Agra Fort, which was totally built entirely of red sandstone. Here we will see hundreds of palaces, halls, towers and mosques in this grand castle. After the visit to the sublime fort, you can arrange the rest of the day as you like.

Day 5 Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Abhaneri - Jaipur
Drive to Jaipur. En-route visit Fatehpur Sikri and Chand Baori in Abhaneri. (B)
After breakfast, we will escort you to Jaipur by vehicle. On the way we will stop for a guided visit to Fatehpur Sikri, an ancient town designated as a UNESCO World Heritage site. Its exquisite layout and interior design make it possible to rival even the Taj Mahal. Your driver will also take you to visit the Abhaneri village famous for Chand Baori, an exquisitely-designed stepwell with a history of more than 1,000 years, considered one of the largest stepwells in the world. Afterwards, we will continue our drive to Jaipur, where we will help you check in at your hotel.

Day 6 Jaipur - Amber Fort - Jaipur

In the morning, you will be guided to ascend Amber Fort by walking or in jeep (at additional cost). Amber Fort was beautifully decorated with countless glass walls sparkling in the sun. Then we will take you to have a photo stop at the Jal Mahal, sitting peaceful on the center of the Man Sagar Lake. It has four storeys remaining under the water, and looks like floating on the lake. Next we will tour the Maharaja City Palace, featuring Indian and Islamic cultures. Nowadays, it is not only a historic site, but also a museum with collections of clothes, weapons and art works witnessing the long history of India. After that, we will lead you to visit Jantar Mantar famous as India's largest ancient astronomical observatory. The largest sundial in the world lies there. Then we will stop by Hawa Mahal built of pink sandstone. This five-layer building looks like a grand palace from the front side but actually it is just a piece of thick wall.

Day 7 Jaipur - Varanasi
Fly to Varanasi. Airport pick up & transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is at leisure. (B)
The next destination of our Nepal tour package from Delhi is Varanasi, a sacred city. In the morning, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Varanasi. Upon arrival in Varanasi, our local driver will pick you up and then transfer you to check in at the hotel we booked. The rest of the day is free for you to make your own arrangements.

Day 8 Varanasi
A boat ride on River Ganges, Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple, Tulsi Manas Mandir, Banaras Hindu University, Sarnath Deer Park, Evening Ganga Aarti Ceremony. (B)
Early in the morning, we will escort you to take a boat ride on the River Ganges, the Mother River in the hearts of Indians. It is the cradle of Indian civilization and regarded as the soul of India. Along the river we will visit two famous burial altars for Hindus: the Manikarnika and Harishchandra Ghats. After the breakfast at your hotel, we will visit the 8-storey Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple (the Monkey Temple), Tulsi Manas Mandir made of white marble with a beautiful garden, and Banaras Hindu University including an art museum. Next, we will drive to Sarnath to visit the Deer Park, a famous Buddhist site where Buddha first gave his sermon. In the evening, we will take you watch the Ganga Aarti Ceremony, an everyday Hindu ritual which will give you a spiritual experience full of beautiful lights and holy chants.

Day 9 Varanasi - Delhi - Kathmandu
Fly to Delhi & connect flight to Kathmandu. Airport pick up-transfer to hotel. (B)
After breakfast, we will escort you to the Varanasi Airport and help you to board the flight to Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, you will find your flight to Kathmandu. Once you arrive, our representative in Kathmandu will pick you up and then take you to the hotel we booked. The rest of the day is free for you to wander among the sites of city.

Day 10 Kathmandu - Bhaktapur - Kathmandu
Pashupatinath Temple, Bhaktapur Durbar Square including Nyatapola Temple and Dattatreya Temple, Changu Narayan Temple. Drive back to hotel in Kathmandu. (B)
After breakfast, we will start off your Kathmandu package from Delhi with visit to Pashupatinath Temple, which is the oldest Hindu temple in Kathmandu. Then we move forward to the Bhaktapur city, which is located around 14 km east of Kathmandu and is known “City of Devotees”. We will stroll on the Bhaktapur Durbar Square, once the royal palace and now a UNESCO World Heritage site, to visit the highest pagoda in Nepal - Nyatapola Temple, and the Dattatreya Temple with a history of over 590 years. After the sightseeing of the square, we will take you to a hilltop to visit the Changu Narayan Temple, a Hindu temple considered the most ancient temple in Nepal. Finished the guide tour, we will drive you back to your hotel in Kathmandu.

Day 11 Kathmandu - Patan - Kathmandu

In the morning, we will set out for the Swoyambhunath Stupa and Katmandu Durbar Square. There your guide will accompany you to see the immerse quantity of historical monuments remaining from the 16th to the 19th centuries, including fifty temples and palaces. Highlights here include the Kumari Temple, a Buddhist temple with three storeys famous for the “living Goddess Kumari”. Here we will also enjoy the outside designs of two Hindu temples including the Taleju Temple in a shape of yantra (a diagram from the Indian religions), and the Kal Bhairav featuring the large sculpture dedicated to Kal Bhairav. 

In the afternoon, we will continue the visit to the Bouddhanath Stupa, which is considered one of the biggest spherical stupas in the world. We will finish the day at Patan Durbar Square, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which still holds old residential houses and temples. You will be guided to visit the 12th-century Golden Temple, a gilded Buddhist temple with intricate carvings and lion sculptures. When our Nepal package from Delhi for today is concluded, your driver will take you back to your hotel in Kathmandu.
