Day 1 Arrival in Luang Prabang, Half day sightseeing
Welcome to Luang Prabang! Upon your arrival, you will be warmly greeted at the exit of the airport and then be transferred to the hotel by a comfortable ride. After a short rest at the hotel, you will be accompanied to climb to the top of Mt. Phousi to have a beautiful view of the whole city at sunset. After that, you will have some free time to explore the night market and then you could return to the hotel on your own.

Day 2 Luang Prabang exploration with Khouang Si waterfalls
Today, you need to get up early to observe the famous Alms-Giving ceremony which is held every morning at 06:00. Every dawn, these monks in orange robes will line up to accept the alms giving from the believers. Then return to the hotel to have breakfast and afterwards, you will be escorted to the oldest Wat Visoun, the austere Wat Aham and the Royal Palace Museum.

In the afternoon, we will head to visit the beautiful Khouang Si waterfalls where you can play water in the lake or take a walk on the nearby forest trails. Then continue to explore the Bear Rescue Centre. Later, return back to the hotel.

Day 3 Luang Prabang sightseeing with a boat tour along the Mekong River
Today, we will have a leisurely boat trip sailing along the Mekong River. Along the way, you can enjoy the peaceful countryside view and we will stop at the village of Ban Xanghai to learn more about the LauLao (Lao whisky) and LauHai (Lao wine).

Then we will reach the Pak Ou Caves, which house thousands of Buddha statues in various shapes and sizes. It is also a sacred place for the King to pray for rain in the drought.

In the afternoon, return to Luang Prabang with a stopover at Ban Xang Khong village, which is famous for mulberry bark paper also called Saa Paper in Laos.

Day 4 Drive 6h to Xieng Khouang, Visit the Plain of Jars Site 1
After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive for around 6 hours to Xieng Khouang. Upon arrival, go straight to visit the mystical Site 1 of Plain of Jars, which has 331 stone vats in various sizes and shapes. Then your guide will accompany you to the hotel and help you check in.

Day 5 Morning sightseeing in Xieng Khouang, Fly to Vientiane
Today's tour will start with the Central Market. Then continue to visit Site 2 and Site 3 of Plain of Jars. After visiting the UXOMAG Exhibition Room, you will be escorted to the airport to catch the flight to Vientiane.

Upon arriving in Vientiane airport, your guide will pick you up on time and transfer you to the hotel.

Day 6 Vientiane Highlights
After breakfast, we will head to Wat Sisaket, the most ancient temple in Vientiane. It was built in 1818 and enshrines more than 200 Buddhist statues. Now, the temple has been the center of Laos' ancient cultural artifacts. Then go sightseeing Haw Phra Kaeo which exhibits numerous precious collections. The next stop is the Buddhist holy land Pha That Luang, also one of the local landmarks. Afterwards, we will climb up Patuxai. Its appearance resembles Triumphal Arch while the details have integrated the unique Laos style and Buddhism elements.

In the afternoon, we will travel to Buddha Park, also named Xieng Khuan, to appreciate the delicate Buddhist and Hindu sculptures.

Day 7 Vientiane full day tour to Vang Vieng
Today your guide and driver will take you to the charming Vang Vieng. After around one and a half hours' ride, you will firstly visit the mysterious and beautiful limestone caves, Tham Phu Kham Cave and Blue Lagoon. You could dive or swim in the Blue Lagoon. Next, a zipline ride will be arranged for you to have a bird’s eye view of the natural beauty.

In the afternoon, we will visit Tham Jang Cave, full of special stalactites. From the hole of the cave, you will be able to overlook Vang Vieng. Then we will drive back to your hotel.

Day 8 Fly to Pakse, Transfer to Khong Island
Today, you will be transferred to the airport to take an early morning flight to Pakse.  Upon arrival, your Pakse local guide will pick you up and then take you to visit Wat Phu ruins of Champasak Province, which pre-date Angkor. They are small but equally impressive. Then you will be guided to visit the nearby local villages and temples. Afterwards, your will be transferred to the hotel and the rest day will be free for you.

Day 9 Khong Island exploration with waterfalls
There are a number of waterfalls in Si Phan Don and today you will have the chance to explore two of the famous ones, which are really beautiful. Before that we will visit some of the countryside nearby. Then we will board a long trail boat to visit Li Phi Waterfall. The waterfall is spread among many smaller cascades and you may discover them one by one with surprise when walking along the river bank. Li Phi literally means spirit trap, as local people believe bad spirits are trapped in the waters. It is suggested not to swim there out of respect. Later, return to Ban Nakasang and head to visit another waterfall, Khone Falls. After finishing the visit, you will be driven back to your hotel.

Day 10 One day tour of the ethnic minority villages
Today we will drive back to Pakse. Along the way to Boloven Plateau Area, you will pass through Tateng Village and have a stopover to learn how the local people make tea and coffee. Enjoy the local countryside and observe how local people live. Later you will arrive at the wondrous Tad Lo Waterfall, where you will also pay a visit to the nearby villages of Alak, Nge and Katu ethnic minority groups. After that, we will drive you back to Pakse in the late afternoon.
