Upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport (KTM), our guide and the driver will pick you up and send you to the hotel.

Today the guide will lead you to visit some historical sites in Nepal, including Bhaktapur Durbar Square, Patan Durbar Square and Swayambhunath Stupa. Bhaktapur Durbar Square, known as the open museum, has preserved many ancient buildings of the Middle Ages in Nepal. Among them, the most famous are the Palace of Fifty-five Palace, the Nyatapola Temple, the Bhairava Nath Temple and the Golden Gate. The Patan Durbar Square also has many grand architectures like the Royal Palace of Nepal and the gold-gilded Golden Temple with many mental sculptures, paintings and scriptures. Swayambhunath Stupa located on a hill in the Kathmandu Valley is also called Monkey Temple and famed as one of the most glorious and sacred Buddhist pilgrimage sites. Here visitors can have a panoramic view of Kathmandu.

Today the guide in Kathmandu will send you to the airport for your flight to Lukla. The flying time is about 35 minutes. After picking you up, our local guide will lead you to hike along Dudh Koshi River to Phakding (2,652 meters). Then check in the guesthouse.

Today, we will continue to hike along the Dudh Koshi River and arrive in Monjo, the entrance to Sagarmatha National Park. After, keep going along the river bank and reach the Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters). On the way, you can see the Lhotse and Nuptse of Himalayas Mountains. Namche, 3,440 meters above sea level, is a major trading town in Khumbu area. In the afternoon, you can visit the village by yourself or find a coffee shop to appreciate the mountain scenery with a cup of coffee.

Namche is the best place to rest and adapt to high altitudes to prepare for future hikes to higher altitudes. Today we're going to hike around Namche. Here you can already see the Mt. Everest, as well as some other peaks of the Himalayas Mountains.

Today we will hike up the mountain along the winding path, passing through fragrant rhododendron woodlands and quiet Himalayan villages. This part of the route is considered to be the most beautiful part of the entire Everest Base Camp tours. Then we will reach Tengboche (3,860 meters) which is famous for Tengboche Monastery, the largest Tibetan Buddhist temple in the Mt. Everest region. Check in the hotel. If you are interested, you can visit the surroundings and the temple on your own.

After breakfast, continue trekking through forest-covered hillsides to Deboche, a small village. Afterwards, we will pass some suspension bridges in Imja Khola and arrive in Pangboche, the largest settlement in the area, where you can have some refreshments while enjoying the beautiful scenery of Ama Dablam. Next, hike along the trail with prayer flags on both sides, pass by Orsho, and finally arrive at Dingboche, a small Sherpa village at an altitude of 4,410 meters. Check in the hotel.

We will have now reached an altitude of more than 4,000 meters, and you may need more time to adjust to the high altitude, so today we will spend whole day in Dingboche. We will hike south to the top of Nagarjun Hill, overlooking the panoramic view of Imja Khola valley. Return to guesthouse. The rest of the day is free for you.

Today we'll hike from Dingboche to Lobuche (4,910 meters). We will see many beautiful and impressive mountains including Lhotse, Ama Dablama, Lingtren, Pumori, and Khumbutse. After arriving at Lobuche, have a good rest to get ready for tomorrow's hike to Everest Base Camp.

Today we will arrive at the desirable Everest Base Camp. After breakfast, start trekking along the gravel road to Gorakshep (5,180 meters) which is the highest residential area on this Everest Base Camp trek tours. The guesthouses here are located on the edge of the frozen river bed. We will then continue to hike along Khumbu glacier and Khumbu Icefall and finally arrive at Everest Base Camp (5,364 meters). Stay at the base camp for a while and return back to Gorakshep.

Kala Patthar (5,545 meters) is the best place to watch the Mt. Everest and the highest point of this trip. We will set off early today to reach the best viewing platform where we can capture the beautiful sunrise and the panoramic view of the Mt. Everest. After appreciating the stunning scenery, hike down to Pheriche (4,210 meters) and stay for one night.

Today, we will hike down for about 7 hours to go back to Namche Bazaar (3,440 meters).

The hike tour will be over today. The trekking guide will send you to the airport for your flight back to Kathmandu. Upon landing, the local guide will pick you up and escort you to the hotel.
