Day 1 Arrival in Kathmandu
Our guide will greet you once your international flight arrives at the airport and escort you to the hotel. You will be free for the remainder of the day and get good prepared for your Nepal trekking tour.
Day 2 Kathmandu
Commence your Kathmandu sightseeing tour with a visit to Pashupatinath, a traditional temple where the open air burial ceremony take place. To Nepalis, death is not the end but the part of the life. Photo is not forbidden here and you are able to watch it on the other side of the river. Go ahead to visit the landmark construction of Nepal, Boudhanath Stupa. With a height of 38 meters, it is the biggest stupa of the world housing the Buddhist relics of Kasyapa Buddha. Lunch is arranged at a fancy local restaurant. After that, transfer to visit Swayambhunath, a Buddhism temple nestling on the top of a hill. It is enjoyable to overlook the whole view of Kathmandu city from the top and Himalayas Mountains are visible as well if weather permits. Then you will stroll around the Kathmandu Durbar Square where you will get a glimpse of Nepal culture and the life of local people. Finally, you will be transferred to Nagarkot and shifted into a hotel.
Day 3 Kathmandu Valley
Acclaimed as the "observation deck of Himalayas", Nagarkot is a very popular place for viewing the mountains. From here, you can see at most 20 snow-capped mountains stretching over 300 kilometers from east to west. This morning, you will get up early to appreciate the spectacular sunrise and the amazing view of the mountains. Afterwards, return back to Kathmandu to visit the Bhaktapur Durbar Square and Patan Durbar Square. Bhaktapur Durbar Square is reputed as the open air museum. Here you will see the palace of Mara Dynasty (1200-1482) including the distinctive halls courtyards, temples and statues, among which the Golden Gate and 55 Windows Palace are the most precious. Patan Durbar Square is the most famous square of Kathmandu. There are totally more than 50 temples and palaces in the square. The ancient buildings, friendly locals and the free pigeons will make your visit a pleasure. At last, you will have a stay at Thamel, which is a street filled with a variety of shops like antique, Tangka, craftworks, woodcarvings and paper products.
Day 4 Kathmandu - Chitwan National Park
Today continue your Nepal trekking package to Chitwan National Park. On the way there, you will take Trishuli rafting for three hours to watch the changeable landscape, thick forest, cultivated terrace and the old folkway. Check in the hotel once your arrival in Chitwan. A welcome drink and an introduction of jungle activities are followed. Evening's delight will be the Tharu stick dance show.
Day 5 Chitwan National Park
The exciting Jungle walk adventure is carried out today. You will ride elephants to discover the rare wild animals in the park. Then move on to visit the elephant breeding centre, where you can have a chance to study the living habits of elephants. After lunch, you will take a canoe ride to enjoy the fantastic scenery of tropical forest along the way and have a close contact with the animals like crocodile, peacock and so on.
Day 6 Chitwan - Lumbini
Today you will head to Lumbini and transfer to a hotel. Lumbini is the birthplace of Sakyamuni Buddha and one of the most important religious shrines of the world. You may have a stroll around the Buddhist shrines tonight and enjoy your dinner at hotel.
Day 7 Lumbini
The sightseeing today includes the visit to the Maya Devi temple, the nativity sculpture, Puskarini and the marker stone.
Day 8 Lumbini - Pokhara
In the morning, you will leave for Pokhara, which is paradise for Nepal hiking tour. We would leave the rest of the time free for you to explore the city on your own. You are recommended to take a boat trip on Fhewa Lake and have dinner at the hotel.
Day 9 Pokhara - Nayapul - Ulleri
Your Nepal hiking tour starts today. First, you will be transferred to Nayapul and then hike to Birethanti, from where you will climb gradually up to the Ulleri village. Enjoy your dinner and overnight at this beautiful village
Day 10 Ulleri - Ghorepani
Today is an easy day as the route from Ulleri to Ghorepani is not very long. The amazing landscape along the way makes your walking more pleasant and you can also enjoy the fascinating sceneries of Annapurna ranges en route. Have a good rest to prepare for an early wake up tomorrow.
Day 11 Ghorepani - Tadapani
This morning, you will continue your Nepal trekking tour by getting up early to climb the Poon Hill, which is a great spot to view the spectacular sunrise. It is a hard journey as there are stairs all the way. But when you stand on the top of it, you will find all the effort you made will pay off finally. The viewpoint offers a panoramic view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri and you will be overwhelmed when the first sun light hit the top of the Annapurna range. After that, you will descend the hill and get back to Ghorepani for breakfast. Then proceed to Tadapani and stay overnight.
Day 12 Tadapani - Ghandruk
After breakfast, we will depart Tadapani for the next destination, Ghandruk. The way today is downhill and you will get to Ghandruk after passing through a small forest. Ghandruk is a big town that offers a clear view of Annapurna and Fish Tail. Enjoy your dinner and have a good rest here.
Day 13 Ghandruk - Pokhara
Today, you will hike 2.5 hours down to Syauli Bazar and then a further trekking to Nayapul follows. Your hiking adventure ends in Nayapul as you will be transferred back to Pokhara by a private van.
Day 14 Pokhara Valley
Today's journey will take you to visit the Bindabasini Temple, Davi's fall, Mahadev Cave and Seti Gorge. After the sightseeing, we will drive back to Kathmandu and transfer to the hotel to conclude your Nepal trekking package.
Day 15 Departure from Kathmandu
Check out of the hotel after breakfast and a comfortable hotel-airport transfer is offered to you. Our guide will see you off at the airport according to your homeward flight schedule.
