Day 1 Arrival in Kuala Lumpur
After touching down at Kuala Lumpur Airport, our guide will meet you and then have a comfortable drive to your hotel. The rest of the day is free for your own arrangements and be ready for tomorrow's Malaysia to Vietnam tour package.

Day 2 Kuala Lumpur
After breakfast, we will set out for our private Vietnam and Malaysia tour in Kuala Lumpur to appreciate the imperial antiques and historic relics of Malaysia at the King's Palace and the National Museum. You will also be led to popular photography sites, including the National Monument, Independence Square, the world's only Moorish-style railway station, and the 88-storey Petronas Twin Towers.

After lunch, you will have a free afternoon to explore the city on your own.

Day 3 Kuala Lumpur - Malacca - Kuala Lumpur
Drive 2 hours to Malacca, Dutch Administration office, St Peter's Church, ruins of St Paul's Church, Porta De Santiago, Cheng Hoon Teng Temple & Jonker Street. (B)
Today, we will drive for 2 hours to Malacca. Historically, people from various countries settled in Malacca, turning the city into a melting pot of different cultures. There you can catch sight of not only classical Chinese gardens and temples, but also buildings of Dutch and Portuguese styles as well as Arabic mosques. In our guide's company, you will pay a visit to some popular attractions, including the Dutch Administration Office, St. Peter's Church, ruins of St. Paul's Church, Porta De Santiago, and Cheng Hoon Teng Temple. We will round off today's Vietnam and Malaysia tour after visiting the bustling Jonker Street.

When we are finished, we will head back to the hotel in Kuala Lumpur by a private ride.

Day 4 Kuala Lumpur - Hanoi

After checking out from the hotel, you will be escorted to the airport for a flight to Hanoi. Upon arrival, you will meet our experienced guide and driver at the airport exit and then have a comfortable ride to your hotel.

Day 5 Hanoi City Tour
Ba Dinh Square, Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum Complex, Presidential Palace, One Pillar Pagoda, Temple of Literature, Museum of Ethnology, Old Quarter, Hoan Kiem Lake, Water Puppet Show. (B+L)
Today, we will have a whole day exploring the must-see attractions in downtown Hanoi. First, our guide will lead you to Ba Dinh Square, located in the heart of the city, and then further the exploration to the nearby Ho Chi Minh's Mausoleum Complex, Presidential Palace, and One Pillar Pagoda. After that, we will head south to the Temple of Literature to explore the academic history of the country.

The afternoon tour starts with the Museum of Ethnology. Then our guide will accompany you hanging out in the Old Quarter for a glimpse of local people's lives. We will also take a leisurely walk around Hoan Kiem Lake and enjoy a special Water Puppet Show at a nearby theater.

Day 6 Hanoi - Halong Bay
Drive to Halong Bay to board the Signature Cruise and stay one night on the cruise. You will have a wonderful time. (B+L+D)
Halong Bay is a renowned scenic resort area of Vietnam, famed for captivating seascapes, peculiar hills and numerous islands, which is definitely a key point of this Vietnam tour from Malaysia. After breakfast, we will drive for 3 hours to board the Signature Cruise ship at Halong Wharf. Then a memorable Halong Bay cruise starts and the undulating landscape along the way will definitely amaze you.

In the afternoon, after passing through Bai Tu Long Bay, you will have a shore visit to a karst cave, and then visit the VungVieng Fishing Village via rowboat. After returning, you are free to enjoy the picturesque scenery onboard or take part in some leisure activities. Stay overnight in the luxury cabin on the junk.

Day 7 Halong Bay - Hanoi - Da Nang - Hoi An
Relax on board, disembark around noon and fly to Da Nang, airport pick-up, transfer to Hoi An. (Brunch)
If interested, you may get up early to attend a Tai Chi class on the deck. Then enjoy your leisure time onboard and also have a brunch. You will disembark at the wharf at noon. After that, private transportation will take you to the airport for your flight to Da Nang. Upon arrival, our local guide will escort you to check in at the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 8 Hoi An (Walking Tour & Boat trip)
A guided day trip in Hoi An Old Town. Chua Ong Pagoda, Tan Ky Old house, Japanese Bridge, boat trip to an island village. (B+L)
Accompanied by our guide, today you will have a day trip to the Hoi An Old Town. While wandering around, you will find that most buildings there are in the style of traditional Chinese and Japanese architectures. Our guide will lead you to have a close look at the Chua Ong Pagoda and Tan Ky Old House - both possessing Chinese features, as well as the Japanese Covered Bridge. Then we will take a boat trip to visit an island village.

Day 9 Hoi An - My Son - Hoi An
Join-in group Cooking Class in Hoi An, My Son tour in the afternoon. (B+L)
This morning, you will participate in a join-in group cooking class to learn a few Vietnamese cuisines, under the guidance of a professional chef, which is also a recommended activity through your Malaysia to Vietnam tour package. After class, we will enjoy your self-cooked dishes as lunch.

In the afternoon, we will have an excursion to My Son, the ruling center of the Champa Dynasty in the 3th-15th centuries, to explore the remaining largest and oldest complex of the regime in the world. After that, reverse the trip back to the hotel in Hoi An.

Day 10 Hoi An - Da Nang - Ho Chi Minh City
Morning free at leisure. Drive to Da Nang, Museum of Cham Sculpture, fly to Ho Chi Minh City, aiport-hotel transfer. (B)
You will enjoy a leisure morning to either rest at the hotel or stroll around the surrounding area on your own. After that, we will drive to Da Nang Airport for a flight to Ho Chi Minh City. Before that, a visit to the Museum of Cham Sculpture in Da Nang will be arranged for you to appreciate sculptures unearthed from My Son.

Upon arrival, our local guide will pick you up and escort you to the hotel.

Day 11 Ho Chi Minh City
Morning excursion to Cu Chi Tunnels, afternoon visits to War Remnants Museum, Reunification Palace, City Center Post Office, Dong Khoi Street. (B+L)
After breakfast, we will drive to a suburb of Ho Chi Minh City to explore the underground Cu Chi Tunnels, first constructed in the 1940s as a military headquarters. After that, we return to the downtown area to visit the War Remnants Museum. It exhibits weapons, military facilities and actual photos from the war times. Then comes a visit to the French-style Reunification Palace built in 1869. Next, eastward to the City Center Post Office, a gothic building adorned with luxury reliefs, lattice windows, and glamorous chandeliers. Later, we will come to the prosperous Dong Khoi Street and experience local night life.

Day 12 Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta - Ho Chi Minh City
Drive to My Tho, visit Vin Trang Pagoda, boat trip on Mekong Delta, visit My Tho fish market, four islands and a coconut candy making workshop in Tan Thach. (B+L)
Today, your guided Vietnam tour from Malaysia will begin with the Mekong Delta. To start with, private transportation will take you to My Tho, an idyllic city along the Mekong River. Accompanied by our guide, you will pay a visit to the castle-like Vin Trang Pagoda, which is decorated with porcelain mosaics, standing in the middle of a garden. After that comes a boat trip along the Mekong River and visits to the My Tho fish market, four islands and a coconut candy workshop in Tan Thach.

When the Mekong tour finishes, we will return to the hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.
