Day 1 Arrival in Baku, Airport pick-up
Welcome to Azerbaijan! Our driver guide will pick you up at the airport and then accompany you to the hotel for check-in. Then you can have a good rest to get prepared for the following journey.

Day 2 A full day visit in Baku city
Baku is the capital of Azerbaijan, as well as the political and cultural center of the country. Located on the bank of the Caspian Sea, Baku enjoys sea breeze all the year round. Hence it was named the City of Wind.

Today, we will first visit the Heydar Aliyev Cultural Center from the exterior. The design of this fashion building was inspired by the rolling sea waves, so it looks different from different angles. Next we will pay a visit to the Baku Conference Hall and the Highland Park to have a bird's-eye view of the whole city and the Caspian Sea. Later we will head for the Flame Towers, which looks like flickering flames from the outside. Then we will spend some time in the Azerbaijan National Carpet Museum to appreciate a variety of carpets made of different materials and by different ways. After that, we will wander around the neighboring Little Venice and enjoy the seaside scenery along the Baku Boulevard. After lunch, let's go to Nizami Street, the largest shopping street in Baku. Later in the day, we will stroll around the old town of Baku to watch the ancient buildings there.

Day 3 Day trip to Gobustan, Atashgah and Yanardag
This morning, we will drive for about 50 minutes for Gobustan to visit the Mud Volcano, where we can see cold mud bubbling at the crater. Then we will go to the Gobustan Museum and Gobustan Rocks to enjoy the time-honored rock paintings. The driver guide will explain the implications in these rock paintings and show you how primitive human beings made rock paintings. After visiting Bibi-Heybat Mosque and world’s first industrially drilled oil well, we will have lunch.

After lunch, we will drive for Atashgah, a holy place for Zoroastrianism. There, we will take a tour around the Atashgah Zoroastrian Fire Temple first and then drive 30 minutes to the Burning Mountain. Afterward, we will return to the hotel in Baku by car.

Day 4 Gabala tour from Baku, Transfer to Sheki
On the 4th day, we will drive 3 hours after breakfast for Gabala. On the way we will stop by Diribaba Mausoleum and Juma Mosque in Shamaxi. Upon arrval in Gabala, we will first visit the Nohurgol Lake embraced by forests and then have fun in Tufandag Ski Resort in the afternoon. After taking an ascending cable car, we will walk to the summit to enjoy the beautiful snow mountain. If in summer, when the snow has melted, you can see many rare plants. Later we will go down the hill and drive for Sheki. On arrival in about 80 minutes, check in the hotel for a good rest.

Please kindly notice today's tour will take around 11-12 hours. You are suggested to have a good rest the day before to prepare for it.
Day 5 Sheki Exploration, Return to Baku
Today will start from a nice breakfast. Afterward, we will visit the Palace of Sheki Khan to feast our eyes on the exquisite carvings, decorations, and colorful glass. Next we will go to the Shebeke master house, where you can see how the craftsmen skillfully assemble fragments of colorful glass and fix them in a wooden frame without using glue and nails. Later we will visit the Upper and Lower Caravanserai, which used to be a post house for the merchants along the Silk Road. The following attraction to be visited is the Street of Sweets and Potteries, where we can savor local snacks and enjoy all kinds of ceramic wares. Lastly, we will spend some time in the old Albanian church in the village of Kish. We will drive back to Baku after lunch.

Day 6 Visit Guba and Khinalig
In the morning, we will drive 2 hours to the Gachresh Village in Guba to enjoy the pleasant natural scenery and visit the Carpet Factory there. Then we will move forward to the Khinalig Village, one of the most characteristic villages in Azerbaijan. The villagers do not only own unique folk customs, but also have their own language. After lunch, we will head for the Jews Settlement area - Red Village. After the tour, we will escort you to the hotel in Baku.

Day 7 Departure from Baku, Airport see-off
Our Azerbaijan private tours come to an end today. We will transfer you to the airport and see you off. Have a nice journey home!
