For a trip in July 2017 to visit famil and friends in China, I used the flight booking services of TravelChinaGuide. The discounts and flight choices provide were more extensive than their competition. Service was quite exceptional. There was a flight that I wanted which had only one seat available; they ensured I got the seat, even while ticket purchase confirmation was in process. They did the job they were paid to do and did it well. I will use their services again.

Travel China Guide booked several internal flights for me while I was visiting China July 2017. I found their website while searching for flight information (I was still in the US), and made an inquiry. Larissa Cheng responded to several emails over a few days and this made me feel like I was in good hands. After booking, I had some questions about the ticketing (the tickets did not look like a typical American airline ticket), and she answered them all right away. In addition, before I left for China I had to change my itinerary and she took care of it immediately. It was almost as if there was no 12 hour time difference. Everything went smoothly with Larissa helping me. Then later while in China I decided to book flights to go to Xi'an and she took care of that right away too. I could not have been in better hands. The prices were good and the service expedient.

The only things I would share with other travellers:
- No one speaks english and Google translate doesn't work well in translating Chinese to English. Try the app "SayHi"
- Use the app "Maps.me", also useful for hiking
- When taking a taxi, always insist using the meter
