Day 1 Arrival in Cairo, Airport pick-up
Once your flight lands at Cairo International Airport, our local representative will pick you up and transfer you to the hotel. He/she will assist you check in and make a brief introduction to the following itinerary. The rest of the day is free for you.

Day 2 Giza Pyramids & Cairo sightseeing
After breakfast at the hotel, your Egyptologist guide and driver will pick you up and start this Egypt small group tours immediately. First of all, we will visit Giza Plateau, one of the Seven Wonders of the World, including the famous Great Pyramids of Khufu, Khafre, Menkaure, and then the Great Sphinx and the Valley Temple. Then go back to Cairo downtown to have lunch. In the afternoon, we will move forward to the world-famous Egyptian Museum with over 120,000 collections. There is a golden mask of Tutankhamen on the second floor, which is an indispensable treasure of the museum. After, the guide will accompany you to Khan El Khalili, the oldest bazaar in Cairo, where you can buy various souvenirs. After the visit, escort you back to the hotel.

Day 3 Cairo to Luxor by flight, Board the Nile Cruise, Luxor east bank
Check out of the hotel after breakfast, the driver will pick you up at hotel and transfer you to the airport for flight to Luxor. Upon arrival, the local guide and driver will meet you and help you board the Nile cruise. After lunch on the ship, we will visit the Luxor East Bank including Luxor Temple and Karnak Temple. Luxor Temple is not only a religious shrine, but also a huge open-air museum. Not to be missed here are the Ramses II Statue, Ram Statues and a panoramic fresco. Then return to the cruise ship and stay overnight on board.

Day 4 West bank of Luxor, Nile Cruise to Edfu
After breakfast, the guide will pick you up from the cruise and start today's small group Egypt tours on the west bank of Luxor. The first stop is the Valley of the Kings, where 62 pharaohs are buried and we will visit the tombs of 3 of the pharaohs. Then head for the Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, which is built on the mountain, with simple shape but magnificent majesty. On the way back to the cruise ship, we will have a stop at Colossi of Memnon for taking photos. After that, return to the cruise to continue the Nile Cruise to Edfu. Lunch and dinner are both served on the ship.

Day 5 Temple of Edfu & Temple of Kom Ombo, Nile Cruise to Aswan
Finish the breakfast, the guide will take you to the well-preserved Edfu Temple, which is also called the Temple of Horus because it is dedicated to the God Horus. You will take the local traditional carriage to this temple, which is about 5 km away from the Nile bank. After the visit, return to the ship and continue to sail to Kom Ombo, where you can visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. This temple is really unique because of worshiping both Sobek - the crocodile God and Horus - the Falcon headed God. Then we will return back to the ship for lunch and continue the Egypt small group tours to Aswan.

Day 6 Nile Cruise: Aswan sightseeing
After breakfast, the guide will take you to the next destination - Aswan, to visit 3 famous attractions. Aswan High Adam is the most famous water conservancy project in Egypt. Unfinished Obelisk, located in the remains of a quarry, is the largest obelisk by far. It is because of its unfinished construction that now we can speculate on the process of ancient obelisk manufacturing. Philae Temple is located on an island on the Nile and you have to take a boat to get there. The Philae Temple, built for the worship of Isis - the God of love, shows you the exquisite reliefs and vivid frescoes. It has a history of over 2,000 years, but it's still the youngest temple in Egypt. After the visit, go back to the ship and stay overnight on board.

Day 7 Optional Tour to Abu Simbel, Fly to Cairo, Airport pick-up
Check out of the cruise ship after breakfast. Morning is free for you to explore Aswan by yourselves. Then escort you to the airport for the flight back to Cairo. Upon arrival, you will be met and transferred to the hotel. The rest time of the day is free for you.

Optional Tour to Abu Simbel Temple: USD120 per person
The tour will start in the early morning for a single-trip driving there takes about 3 hours. The Abu Simbel Temple is a huge and exquisite carving art directly carved out of the whole rock. It was built in memory of Pharaoh Ramesses II and his Empress Nefertari.

Day 8 Departure from Cairo, Airport see-off
After breakfast in the hotel, you will be transferred to Cairo International Airport for departure according to your flight time. The 8 days small group Egypt tours come to an end and wish you a nice trip! If you are planning to travel to Jordan or Dubai, we would like to arrange it for you.
