In the time of the virus outbreak, also the beginning of the Chinese Spring Festival Holiday, we still have some customers traveling in different cities. We quickly made decisions to talk with the customers on phone and told them the situations. Finally with our assistance, most of the customers rescheduled their flights and returned home earlier. We also prepared the medical masks for customers to protect themselves.

For prepaid bookings, we first emailed customers at early travel dates to discuss the cancellation or postpone of the trip, then we contacted customers with later travel dates to keep them updated on the news of the virus. No matter what decisions to make by customers, cancelling or rescheduling, we fully respected.
We took responsibilities to give 100% money back and issued refunds as soon as we can. All this time, our travel consultants are online to answer questions and deal with problems for customers.

From the beginning of the virus outbreak till now, we never stopped the work. Even during the lockdown period, most of our staff were working from home, and from Mar. 1st, we returned to the office normally. Although tourism in China and most countries is suspended now, we could make full use of this time to improve the contents and products of our website, develop more destinations and enhance training on services, so that we can better serve the customers in the near future.

Things Are Getting Back to Normal Gradually
Most of the sightseeing spots including the Great Wall, the Terracotta Army have been gradually opened to the public since March, and some of them are free of charge with advance reservations. More people begin to enjoy the weekend travel or short excursions, and the domestic travel in China is on the way recovering.
Entry to China is Temporarily Suspended Since March 28
Due to the rapid spread of Covid-19 globally, China decided to take temporary measures to suspend the entry for foreigners with tourist visas, business visas or residence permits. It is not clear when the ban will stop. We will keep you updated on the further notice.
Protection Measures for Everyone
Although people in China is getting back to the normal life, we are still wearing masks and keeping a good distance from each other while in the public. If you are living in the virus hit area, to reduce your chances of being infected, the following precautions are important:
Better stay at home, especially the seniors and children;
Wear the medical mask when you are out;
Regularly and thoroughly wash your hands wherever you are;
Do not touch eyes, nose and mouth;
Maintain at least 1 meter distance between you and others in the public.
