Day 1 Arrival in Tbilisi, Airport pick-up
Thanks for joining our tour to taste delicious Georgian food, while visiting some of its most popular attractions. Upon your landing at Tbilisi Airport, our guide will be waiting for you there with a sign. After self-introduction, he or she will send you to the hotel we booked for you in advance. There will be no activities during the rest of the day and you may spend it as you like.

Day 2 Day trip in Tbilisi city
Today, we will firstly visit the largest cathedral of Georgia - Holy Trinity Cathedral of Tbilisi and the Assumption Church in Metekhi District. Then, the guide will accompany you to take the cable car to reach the Narikala Fortress. Because the fortress is located on a hilltop, you will be able to have a bird's eye view of the whole Tbilisi standing up there. After, get down on foot to visit the Jumah Mosque. It is the only mosque in Tbilisi. Next, continue to visit Sulfur Baths completed in 17th-19th century and then go to Rike Park to see the Bridge of Peace. Finally, proceed to Mtatsminda Mount and enjoy the dinner at Funicular Restaurant on the mountain top, which is a highlight of this trip.

Day 3 Visit Mtskheta and taste wine in Giorgi Barisashvili Wine Cellar
After breakfast, the guide will escort you to Mtskheta. On arrival, walk to the mountain top to visit Jvari Monastery and enjoy a panoramic view of the small town. Then, visit Svetitskhoveli Cathedral where ancient Georgian Kings were crowned. Next, we will head to Giorgi Barisashvili Wine Cellar to learn traditional Georgian way of making wine and taste some famous local wine. Today we will end at Tsiskvili Restaurant, where you will have a chance to enjoy local delicious food, appreciate folk performances and learn to make traditional dish khinkali, also known as Georgian dumplings. At the end of the day, return back to Tbilisi by car.

Day 4 A full day visit in Samtskhe-Javakheti Region
How can a Georgia food tour without cheese? Don't worry. It will be arranged today. Before that, we will first go for a look of the scenic Paravani Lake. Next, go to the Poka Monastery, where the diary store sells 16 kinds of cheeses. You will also be given a chance to taste some cheese and handmade chocolates. Then, move on to the Mzianeti Cheese Factory to make some Meskhetian khachapuri - a kind of flat cake with cheese. If interested, you may also learn to make some tenili cheese, which is very popular among locals. Next, learn to make some local traditional bread-shoti. Later, the host will lead us for a hiking and learn the Meskhetians way of living at the old Oda-House. In the end, drive back to Tbilisi.

Day 5 Kakheti Region exploration
We will drive to Kakheti, the wine production region of the country after breakfast. On the way, make a stop at the "City of Love" - Sighnaghi. On arrival, we will directly go to the Kvareli Wine Tunnels to learn to make local bread, and taste local roast meat and wine. Then, proceed to Nekresi Monastery, visit one of the oldest wine vessels and admire the beautiful scenery of Alazani Valley. At last, the guide will send you to a hotel in Telavi for overnight stay.

Day 6 Visit Alaverdi Monastery and Napareuli Village, Return to Tbilisi
Today's first sightseeing stop will be the Alaverdi Monastery surrounded by grape gardens. The monastery is famous for its about a thousand-year-old way of making wine. After tasting some wine there, we will move on to Napareuli Village and visit the Twins Old Cellar. We will also arrange a culinary master class there for you to make some traditional Kakhetian dishes. At dusk, go back to Tbilisi and have dinner served with wine at Georgian House-Restaurant.

Day 7 Tbilisi
At the beginning of the day, the guide will firstly escort you to Ethnography Museum to learn the local way of life and see various local constructions. Then, go to the Georgian flea market-Mshrail Khidi, where you can see and buy various items and souvenirs. Later, we will go for a walk along the Shardeni Street, which is lined with cafes, galleries, and souvenirs stores, etc. Today's dinner will be served at Purpur Restaurant.
