Nizwa, the former capital of Oman is the first stop of this itinerary. It takes 1 hour and 40 minutes to get there by car. On arrival, the driver guide will lead you to visit the traditional market, the oldest castle in Oman - Bahla Fort and the ingenious Jabreen Castle. The Bahla Fort is also one of the local best-preserved military buildings. You can walk through various passages and learn about the history of this defensive structure on the battlements. The Jabreen Castle is light brown surrounded by rows of mint green date palm trees. It is a 300-year-old building. Return to Muscat after the visit.

We will have a full day to visit Muscat. First visit the Sultan Qaboos Grand Mosque, a must-see for every tourist who comes to Muscat. The whole mosque is mainly white, and there are 4 minarets around the mosque. The main worship hall can accommodate more than 6,000 people at the same time. Then go to the old town and stop at Al Alam Palace to take pictures. In the end, the driver guide will accompany you to tour the Mutrah Bazaar and admire the beautiful Arab houses.

After breakfast, the driver guide will transfer you to the airport for your flight to Salalah, the world's most famous frankincense production area. The flight time is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes. Upon arrival, our driver guide based there will pick you up and send you to the hotel for check-in. Then he or she will lead you to visit the banana and coconut plantations, Frankincense Land Museum and traditional frankincense market which sells all kinds of frankincense products.

Today we will visit the Rub Al Khali Desert (Empty Quarter Desert), a highlight of this best private tours of Oman. It is named so because it occupies about a quarter of the Arabian Peninsula and many of the dunes are untouched. The experienced driver will escort you to experience the exciting desert sand flushing. You can also try to run to the top of the sand dunes and enjoy walking barefoot on it. On our way back to Salalah, we will pass Wadi Dawka where thousands of precious frankincense trees grow.

The first stop of today is Ayn Sahalnoot, a natural hot spring surrounded by natural rock formations. It is also one of the most popular spots in Salalah. Then we will head to Mughsail Beach. There are blow holes on the cliffs and limestone on the white beach. You can see the fountains gushing from the holes if lucky. Then we will head to the western border of Oman along the "Hair-pin-bend" road to visit the frankincense trees that grow in their natural habitat. At last, we will arrive at the Fizaya Beach. It is a good place to enjoy the beautiful costal scenery and relax.
