Day01 Arrival in Shanghai
Our professional English-speaking guide will greet you outside the arrival hall of the airport. Then you will be escorted to the downtown hotel with a comfortable private transfer. After a short rest, your 144-hour visa exemption tour will start by taking a short cruise tour on the Huangpu River. It is an excellent experience for visitors who want to explore the city's history, culture and the charming scenery. Then you will explore the Bund area and have some free time there.

Day02 Shanghai
Huangpu River cruise, Shanghai
Your private tours will start from Shanghai Museum. It is one of the most modern equipped museums in China with an immense collection of ancient Chinese masterpieces of arts, some of which are authentic national treasures. Next you will head to Yuyuan Garden, which is considered as a well-known tourist destination as well as one of the finest classical gardens in Southern China. 

In the afternoon, you will visit Shanghai World Financial Center. It is a uniquely designed skyscraper and looks like a bottle opener. Its observation deck offers fabulous views of Shanghai, Pudong and the Bund. Then you will explore an old street in the city, Tianzifang. Have some free time there.

Day03 Shanghai - Hangzhou
Classical garden in Suzhou
This morning, we will transfer you to the railway station, where you will take a high speed train to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, you will be met by another local guide and transferred to the hotel. After a short break, you will visit the West Lake by boat. West Lake is very famous at home and abroad for its natural beauty and numerous historical relics. No matter when you are going to visit the lake, different seasons bring you different feeling and surprise you as much as your expected. Then you will come to the Red Carp Pond, one of the ten most famous places of interests in the West Lake scenic area. 

Continue your visit to the Traditional Chinese Medicine Museum and Lingyin Temple. Originally built in AD326, Lingying Temple experienced two times' enlargement and there were once as many as 3000 monks.

Day04 Hangzhou - Suzhou
Today, you will take a high speed train to Suzhou. Our guide will greet you at Suzhou Railway Station and escort you to check in the hotel. Your first sightseeing stop here is the Humble Administrator's Garden, the largest garden among all the Chinese classical gardens in Suzhou.

Then you will take a short cruise along the canal about 20 minutes to Pingjiang Road. It is a canal side road area with a history of about 800-year old. The alley ways packed with traditional buildings converted to restaurants, shops and more all in an intimate setting. Proceed to visit the Garden of the Master of the Nets, a 900-year old garden. Compared with others, this garden is very small, but you never feel cramped.

Day05 Suzhou - Zhouzhuang - Shanghai
Water town
After breakfast, we will transfer you to visit Zhouzhuang. Included in the World Cultural Heritage candidates list by the UNESCO in 1998, Zhouzhuang truly merits its name as a watertown in embrace of lakes. Rivers string ancient residential houses together, the stone bridges connect lanes over the water, and wooden boats shuttle among the waterways. Together with local residences, unique traditions and lifestyle are also well preserved in the township which is highly reputed as the 'Number One Water Town in China'. Finally you will be driven back to the hotel in Shanghai.
