Day 1 Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport, Drive to Arusha
Upon arrival at the Kilimanjaro International Airpor, our experienced driver guide will pick you up with a welcome board and then escort you to Arusha Serena Hotel which is 55 kilometers (34 miles) away in 1 hour. The rest of time is free at your own leisure, or recover from jet lag.

Day 2 Arusha - Lake Manyara National Park Safari
After breakfast, we will take the picnic lunch box and drive 2 hours to Lake Manyara for game viewing. Lake Manyara, known as a gem at the bottom of the Great Rift Valley in East Africa, is an alkaline lake abundant in blue-green algae and diatom mud, attracting a large number of flamingos and other birds to foragen here. There are more than 400 species of birds recorded. November to June is the best time for bird watching. In addition, you can see a variety of wild animals, such as baboons, blue monkeys, lions, elephants, buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, and giraffes. After the safari, we will head to the lodge for a sumptuous dinner.

Day 3 Lake Manyara National Park - Serengeti National Park
After finishing the visit of Lake Manyara National Park, we will drive west along the Rift Valley for about 200 kilometers (124 miles) and arrive at Serengeti Plains in 4.5 hours. You will not never feel bored, as there are too many things to see along the way like the colorful and lively Tanzania life scenes, tribal people in different costumes, traffic flows and busy roadside stalls. Upon arrival, we will check in the lodge and enjoy a delicious dinner.

Day 4 Serengeti National Park
Today, the driver guide will lead you to go on game viewing deeply at the Central Serengeti National Park by car in the morning and afternoon. The Serengeti National Park is the largest and the most famous park in Tanzania. In Maasai language, Serengeti means borderless plain. The African BIG 5 - lions, leopards, elephants, buffaloes and black rhinoceros, and a wide variety of other animals live in the park. Meandering Seronera River supplies year-round water for to all species of animals and is known as home for rich population animals. Every mid-to-late May when the dry season comes, a large amount of animals including more than two million wildebeests, zebras, and Thomson gazelle migrate thousands of kilometers to Masai Mara and then come back in October. A safari in Serengeti National Park is surely full of possibilities and surprises. Your driver guide will find the best spots for you to watch wildlife.

Day 5 Serengeti National Park - Ngorongoro Conservation Area
This morning our driver guide will help you continue a game drive. After lunch, we will drive south-east for 145 kilometers (90 miles), pass Lodware Gate and finally reach Ngorongoro Conservation Area in 3.5 hours to explore the fascinating history and culture of Maasai Tribe. In the late afternoon, we will check in the hotel and appreciate the beautiful sunset.

Day 6 Ngorongoro Conservation Area - Tarangire National Park Safari
After breakfast, follow your driver guide to make an exciting expedition to the Ngorongoro Crater. Ngorongoro Conservation Area which was became the World Heritage Site in 1979 features unique volcanic caldera landscape, diverse terrain and dense concentration of wild animals, for example, lions, elephants, wildebeests, zebras, hyenas, endangered 50 black rhinos. 

Ngorongoro Crater is rich in year-round waters, forest, lake and swamps, providing a comfortable perfect living environment for animals, so it is awarded as "the Eden of East African". After having lunch, we will drive to Tarangire National Park in 5 hours.

Day 7 Tarangire National Park - Arusha
After enjoying breakfast, we will have a thrilling game drive at the Tarangire National Park, the second largest wildlife colony in Tanzani after Serengeti National Park. Tens of thousands of wildlife inhabit here. The safari ends in the evening and we will come back to Arusha Town and stay overnight there.

Day 8 Arusha to Zanzibar by flight
After the wildlife safari, you may want to try something different. After breakfast, you will be escorted to Kilimanjaro International Airport or Arusha Airport for your onward flight to Zanzibar. Sailing time is about 1 hour or 1 hour and 20 minutes. Upon arrival, our local representative will pick you up and help you check in the hotel. The lunch is on your own arrangement today. In the afternoon, the local guide will lead you to explore Stone Town on foot which was listed as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2000. Here we will visit the National Museum of Zanzibar built in 1925, Old British Consolate, House of Wonders from distance and Arab Fort. The narrow maze-like market streets and ancient exotic buildings are imbued with historical atmosphere. At evening, you can go to Forodhani Garden to taste the local snacks on your own.

Day 9 Visit Dolphins in Kizimkazi fishing village, the Prison Island
In the early morning, your guide will pick you up at the hotel lobby at about 6AM or earlier and then take a boat to the Kizimkazi fishing village at the southernmost tip of the Zanzibar islands to see the dolphins. It is a highlight in this safari tour. The Village is home to bottle-nosed dolphins and Humpback dolphins and recognized as the best place to watch dolphins. Flocks of dolphins can be seen preying every morning. After visit, we will return to the hotel by boat. Lunch is left for your own arrangement. In the afternoon, we will continue to go sightseeing on the Prison Island by boat where many giant tortoises live. It was named Prison Island because of the detention of slaves on the island.

Dolphin watching is subject to the weather on the day of sightseeing. It may be cancelled or postponed due to the bad weather.
Day 10 Free day in Zanzibar
Today is the free day for you to explore Zanzibar on your own. You can just relax and enjoy sunshine on the beach. We are also happy to provide spice tour, Jozani forest tour and more sightseeing activities according to your preferences.

Day 11 Departure from Zanzibar, See off
After breakfast, our representative will pick you up at the hotel and then transfer you to the Zanzibar Airport for your departure flight. The Tanzania private safari tour comes to an end. You may choose to fly to Dar es Salaam by small plane and then fly back to your country. A pleasant trip home!
