Since the outbreak of the Covid-19, for a very long time we were on the amount of the work to handle the cancellations for the prepaid tour and ticket bookings. No matter what decisions have been made by our guests, cancelling or rescheduling, we fully respected. We took responsibilities to give money back to the guests and issued the refunds as soon as we can. What’s more, to relieve worries of the new guests, our full refund policy will be implemented continuously.
