What I appreciated the most is that Helen went far beyond her duties as a guide — she even helped us with questions about getting around the city after the tour, offering great local advice and practical tips.
Truly an exceptional guide. If you have the chance to do a tour with Helen, don’t hesitate. Thank you Helen, for such an unforgettable experience! What I like about this trip is that it's only with a small group of people, which makes it fast, flexible and you have the opportunity to get to know each other.

Tourguide Celine picked us up on time from our hotel with a comfortable aircon bus and a happy approach. Celine gave us on the way to-, and at the site, a lot of useful information. Being there in the morning saved a bit of crowd, and as this is a major popular place, it makes a difference. Tips for where to look, how to secure a good photospot were ultimate. Both at the Terracotta Army, as well as at the city sightseeing, Celine surprised us with information on names, events, places that we thought we knew.. and she added new information. I saw Celine taking care of everyone in the group incl kids. She listened, answered, was patient, and surprised in a positive way. Travel China Guide, and the city of Xi'an can be happy with Celine, and we were delighted with this tour and her service. Less
