Dear Ambassador: Mr.Carl Xuereb
A few weeks ago I send money to a company in China to order a photo Digital camera at the price that we agreed on including postage and Taxes I send the money by waster union and after a day they told me that the money as been received and that the parcel has been posted and they gave me the postage Number. As dayes went by I asked what is happing to my parcel as I cannot track it. This morning I got an E Mail that read
Dear friend ,
After verification I feel very sorry to inform you that your goods has been detained by Custom service center and they called us to pay 210 EUR tax . Under normal circumstances, the product can be smoothly through customs, such as this case is very rare . And you know we have very little profit on your product so the tax should be afforded by you , we feel very sorry to do so. In another way , maybe i can give you a good advice ,we have such a regulation, any one-time customers to purchase more than 5 products, shipping cost and all other costs will be borne by the company , so if you buy more than 4items , customs fee will be afforded by us and the shipping costs will be paid back to you . It is just a suggestion
Please make a decision as soon as possible , the more time we waste ,the more worry we will be afraid the case. i hope you will understand it . Looking forward to your response.
Best wishes

i'm Emmylou from philippines, i am applying for a travel visa to malta to visit some friends and i sent all the required papers on Thursday, September 17th with dhl, and the papers where signed for the following Monday September 21st. The Telegraphic transfer was done with HSBC bank to the address and swift code given to me by e-mail. Since I sent the papers, I followed my e-mail, maybe for a reply but I haven't received anything yet and I'm a bit worried right now since the booking is for the 4th of October, I already e-mailed many times the embassy earlier last week, and yesterday too but I never received any reply. I would be pleased if you could help me,
Thank you

Mr.thomas(malta) replied:
Hi ms,Emma84 i applicate for a tourist visa for my girlfriend to visit me in malta and i had to make an invitation letter for her and have to show all my documents that i have meaning to support her, i think you have to find someone to make you invitation letter the same, the beijing embassy gave me the visa for 6 months, but when she get to travel, the manila emigration did not allow her to travel cos they said that 6 months ( type D) is a working visa for them, and the visa was long stay visa not working visa, so be sure that your visa is (type C) for 3 months & you must have at least 45 euros per day to support yourself, those am sure are written on the visa document

I tried to print out the form that you have sent to me but unfortunately despite of trying many times to print out the forms it didnt work out on my computer. May i know Sir/Madam if there is any other way or option on how to get a form from your office? Is it possible to send to me via mail (courier)?
I also have another questions Sir?Madam? Would it be possible for me and my Maltese fiancee to get married there in Beijing so we could get a visa? He wants to take the opportunity to come here and take a vacation from his Company if it is possible of what we are thinking? We really love each other and we were trying so hard on how to work this out. If so, what is the requirements for both of us to produce.
I am looking forward to hear from you soon!
Best regards,
