You can take a bus to get off at Changhong Bridge West, Changhong Bridge South, Changhong Bridge East or San Li Tun bus stop and then walk to Malta Embassy.

 Notice of the Malta Visa Application Center in Beijing
The Malta Visa Application Centre is responsible for receiving visa applications from ordinary passport holders all over China . It collects the visa fee on behalf of the Embassy of Malta in Beijing and returns passports to visa applicants .

Staff members of the Visa Application Centre are not involved in the decision making process. The processing of visa applications, interviews and decision making on all visa applications will continue to be made by officials of the Embassy of Malta in accordance with the rules relating to Malta Immigration and instructions issued by the Central Visa Unit of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Malta.
