Miao people's festival celebration, Kaili

Day 01: Arrival in Beijing
Our guide will pick you up at Beijing airport and transfer to the hotel. The rest of the day is on your own to explore the city.

Day 02: Beijing
Visit the Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City and the Temple of Heaven. (B+L)

Day 03: Beijing
Visit the Badaling Great Wall, the Sacred Way and the Ming Tomb. (B+L)

Day 04: Beijing

Day 05: Beijing - Xian
Visit the Summer Palace, the Lama Temple and the lovely pandas in Beijing Zoo. See off at the Beijing railway station to take an overnight soft sleeper train to Xian. (B+L+D)

Wind and Rain Bridge, Sanjiang

Day 06: Xian
Pick you up at the railway station. After having breakfast at the hotel, you will visit the Terracotta Warriors and Horses Museum, the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Provincial History Museum. (B+L)

Day 07: Xian
The day is arranged by yourselves, you are suggested to visit the City Wall, the Great Mosque and have some free time to explore the Bazaar near the Mosque by yourselves. (B)

Day 08: Xian - Guiyang
You are suggested to take a shuttle bus to the airport and the bus stop is very near to your hotel. Board the flight to Guiyang by yourselves. Our guide will pick you up at Guiyang airport and transfer to the hotel. (B)

Day 09: Guiyang - Kaili
Visit the Qingyan Old Town. Drive to Kaili and check in at the hotel. After lunch, visit the traditional way of paper-making and a Long-skirt Miao Village. You will experience the Miao people' daily life by visiting the local families. Meanwhile, you can appreciate the Miao people's typical architecture - Wooden Stilt House. (B+L)

Grand festival celebration at Kaili

Day 10: Kaili - Rongjiang
Visit another Long-skirt Miao Village. Then drive to a village nearby to see the pottery-making. En route, explore a Shui People's Village located in a deep valley. Late afternoon, arrive at Rongjiang. (B+L)

Day 11: Rongjiang - Congjiang - Zhaoxing
Drive to visit Yintan Dong Village. Family visit will be arranged. Then explore Basha Miao Village noted for men's hair dresses. In the afternoon, drive to Zhaoxing, visit the largest Dong People's Village in China. (B+L)

Day 12: Zhaoxing - Sanjiang - Longsheng
Morning explore Tang'an Dong Village noted as the first ecological museum of Dong people. Then drive to Sanjiang. Visit the Chenyang Wind and Rain Bridge and explore the Dong villages nearby. Late afternoon, arrive at Longsheng. (B+L)

Day 13: Longsheng - Guilin
Visit the most spectacular Terraced Fields and the Yao People's Village in Longsheng. Late afternoon, transfer to Guilin. (B+L)

Chinese minority people

Day 14: Guilin - Yangshuo - Guilin
Transfer you to the pier to board the cruise ship. Then the activities along the Li River and in Yangshuo will be handled by yourselves. Enduring memories are created today as you cruise down the Li River to Yangshuo. Upon arrival in Yangshuo, you may have a short bicycle trip to the countryside. Alternatively, you can take an electric car instead of taking bicycles. Return to Guilin by yourselves. The shuttle bus ticket from Yangshuo to Guilin can be purchased easily at the bus stop. (Tips: Since the lunch on the Li River cruise can not meet your expectation, TCG suggests that you have enough breakfast at the hotel today). (B+L)

Day 15: Guilin - Shanghai
The day is free. You are suggested to visit the Reed Flute Cave, the Seven Star Park and the Elephant Trunk Hill by yourselves. Take a taxi to the airport by yourselves to board the flight to Shanghai. Upon arrival, please go to the hotel we have booked for you by yourselves. (B)

Day 16: Shanghai
The hotel accommodation with breakfast is provided today. You are suggested to visit the Shanghai Museum, the Yuyuan Garden and the Bund on your own. (B)
