Registration
Registration should be done by participants in person on arrival in Guangzhou before entering the Fair, since it is unavailable online. Access to the Fair in both of the two CIEF complexes (Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex) is granted only to those with confirmed Buyer Card, so please do keep it well and take it whenever you want to enter the Fair Hall. Usually exhibitors will not bargain with buyers without Buyer Card.
Besides the registration office in the two CIEF complexes (Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex), visitors can also register in the following 30 appointed hotels:

1. A includes: H.K/ Macao Home-return Permit or I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, Overseas Passport or valid personal documents for overseas Chinese.
2. B includes: H.K/ Macao Home-return Permit or I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate, Overseas Passport or a Chinese passport with the valid overseas visa which is valid for one year or above.
