Maybe you can apply from the embassy in Beijing. If you go there for sightseeing purpose, you need to provide a filled-out application form affixed with passport-style photo, your passport and its photocopy, an invitation letter, and your medical insurance.

Summon, the embassy can issue the tourist L type to Bangladesh passport holders.
The required documents include passport and its copy, the application form, a passport-style photo, a letter from a travel agency, invitation letter from Chinese Tourist bureau, latest month bank statement and your travel itinerary as well as your valid entry permit for Belarus.

Belarus Visa in Beijing
Hallo!

We are a german and a spanish citizen. We want to take a train from moskow to berlin. This train goes via belarus, but we don´t want to get out of the train. Do we need a visa? How long does it take in Beijing? Is there a express service? How much would it be? Do we need anything else?

Thank you very much for your help.

I checked the website of Belarus embassy in Germany. It says Germany people have to obtain a visa for Belarus. So you need one (transit type, I think). You need to provide: valid passport, application form, a photo (3.5 *4.5 cm, full face and blue light background taken in recent six months) and the supporting documents (a photocopy of the passport page with the visa to the destination country. If no visa is required for your destination country, a confirmation of your rail tickets are needed).

As for the cost and processing time and requirements for your spanish friend, I think you should contact the embassy. Tel: (+86) 10 65326426
